Do you really feel the need to polish every paving stone in the Earth Sector? Please note, Wildcard options are also what you can choose to do if you aren't yet comfortable in the Tu Shanshu setting and would prefer a more 'dear-mun' esque experience. Option A;
[Wherever you are, Catty literally just fell out of a portal in the middle of the air. She groans, laying there for a second before dragging herself to her feet and dusting herself off] I haven't had a landing like that in months... [There's a pause, before she notices that other people are kind of around] Oh, crap. Uh, hi! Weird weather today, huh?

[yes she is blaming her sudden appearance on a freak wind]

Option B;
[Catty is wandering around the marketplace, already laden with various trinkets and food. She has a cookie hanging out of her mouth, and is chatting easily with the vendors. Observant people might notice that, whenever she points out having a particular interest in something, the kedan are happy to give it to her as a 'sample'. Other people might notice the way she occasionally steps into the shadows and disappears, only to show up again somewhere completely different]

[he comes in two flavours]

A
[There's a Bat(man) on the rooftops (probably in Metal, but he can be wherever.) It's easiest to get a feel for the area from up high, and also easier to get a drop on the crime. He's long since given up trying to contact Bruce so he's gonna go through the motions until he figures out what he wants to do next. He's not even bothering to use the suit's invisibility because, lbr, he's not expecting anyone else to be up here.]

B
[Meet Terry McGinnis. High schooler, all around decent guy - if a bit of a flake. He's just wandering around, catching his bearings. Maybe nosing at the stuff for sale or the animals around Keeliai. Y'know. Newbie stuff.]

Option A;

[After just arriving, and unsure of her welcome (or of the applicability of the Prime Directive, for that matter), Uhura is doing her best to keep a low profile as she explores some of the more populous areas of the turtle. Most people seem human enough, but you might catch her listening intently to any conversations taking place in languages other than English - especially the kedan language.]

Option B;

[Today, dressed like a local, Uhura is in the marketplace, shopping for some groceries and maybe a few other, less-necessary items. She's speaking with the shopkeepers in their own language, albeit somewhat haltingly - for having been here for such a short time, however, she's picking it up very fast.

If she pots a nice pair of earrings, she might make a dive for them.]

[ It's quaint, no really it is. He briefly wonders if Sandy is responsible for this, because clearly there is no such thing as giant cities on the back of a giant turtle. It's the sort of thing children's minds come up with in their dreams, influenced by golden sand.

But alas, here he is, and he might as well get the most out of it. Pitch lurks in the shadows and darkness, as is his nature, observing and being generally creepy, especially towards young ones whose fright and tears sustain and power him and yeah, that's creepy, he's not sorry. ]

A
There's no way this bread is that expensive. [Piper is trying to keep her temper down, but this jerk is seriously trying to overcharge her for something she could have just made herself. Probably not as good, but it'd still be a lot cheaper. The baker argues with her, insisting that she pay even more juulan now for arguing back with him.

She grits her teeth, leaning forward to put a little bit more sweetness into her words as she goes back to haggling. Eventually, she gets the bread for a few juulan cheaper. And she might have also gotten to get him to agree to give out free loaves to every kid he sees that day.]

B
[Piper's sitting on the edge of the shell in the sand, watching the water. It's not exactly a real beach, but it's better than nothing. It's quiet out here, and it reminds her of her dad. Of surfing. Of before this craziness of her life really hit.]

[A black jacket over a dark green sweatshirt. A pair of jeans from over five years ago that still fit him remarkably well. They're unobtrusive, hard to pick out in a crowd, and frankly Barry prefers it that way. He's not sure where he is (but really, a city on the back of a turtle sounds like something straight out of a science fiction novel) or who exactly is surrounding him but he does know that the last thing he wants is to be wearing a sad red-and-gold excuse for a 'LOOK AT ME' sign.

Hence, his relief in having the clothes he has right now.

For a guy who's supposedly the fastest man alive though, he's sure moving pretty slow. With his hands tucked into his jacket pockets and the faint breeze riffling at his short blond hair, he's allowing himself to leisurely stroll through the marketplace—for the time being, at least.

A
[There's a bear in the wood sector! A giant bear. It's probably bigger than most bears you've ever seen, which could be almost terrifying, considering there are a couple of downed trees nearby, clearly clawed off.

Except, at the moment, the giant bear is lying on her back, rolling around in the grass.]

B
[There's a girl sitting in a small clearing next to a few trees that seem to have gone under some attack recently. There are also a few carcasses of animals on the ground.

She's scowling as she tugs her shirt back on. Her hair's a wreck, grass and dead leaves tangled in the black mass. After a moment, she rubs the back of her hand over her mouth, but there's probably still a smear of blood on her face.]

Option A;

[Sunshine is in the market today, looking at, well. Baking goods. She takes the quality of her flour seriously, okay? And the selection around here is mighty disappointing. Rationing kind of sucks all the flavor out of everything, she thinks.

And the only thing more difficult than finding decent flour, is finding decent chocolate. Talk about a needle in a haystack.]

Option B;

[She's near the head of the turtle today, sunbathing. Not tanning or burning much, just soaking in the sunlight in what is obviously the most peaceful place on the turtle. Her eyes are closed, but it's hard to say if she's asleep or awake.]

[Okay.

So theoretically her mobile platform shouldn't be functional without the Normandy nearby and yet she can't make any kind of contact with it. Which is slightly disconcerting since she is more or less the Normandy. Even more disconcerting, her encyclopedic knowledge isn't helping her-- these "kedan" are unlike any known alien race in the galaxy.

But EDI isn't inclined to panic. Instead, she starts some diagnostics and walks around, looking for any clues or information.

Her inherent curiosity is piqued by a marketplace in Water. She stands a short distance off, watching the kedan go about their business. She takes stock of the goods being exchanged, local mannerisms...

If nothing else, she's a tall chrome android with guns strapped to her back. Pretty likely someone she knows will find her.]
