Memory Share Plot!

This is to let everyone know about about a small plot that will be starting soon.

Starting February 8 and ending on February 12, there will be something odd going on. Get in close proximity to another character or touch them, and your character might find themselves viewing a moment from their past.

Feel free to use this post for plotting or questions.

I can go sads or I can go kinda awesomes, and I can go mixtures. and veeery distant past vs fairly recent feelings. what did you have in mind?

Hm. Probably something that wouldn't be too sad since I wouldn't want to create a rift between them before they got a chance to know each other better. Perhaps recentish so she has some better context for it?

ironically, a bunch of his 'i murderised people' memories are the more recent ones. the way past stuff is sad, but generally righteous. (the way past stuff is when he was with Mithos and they were actually trying to save the world, so it was war and bad things happened, but they still had each other and their cause.)

of course by 'recent' i mean within the last century, but there's a bunch of memories within the last year or so which would also suit and be a bit happier. :P

actually something from both way back and very recent might be a nice full-circle thing which will feed into each other and avoid the actual 'i committed a bunch of war crimes' stuff, esp since he never stops making comparisons between Mithos and Lloyd, with daddy feelings to boot ...

just thinking out loud at this point.

That could be interesting, those memories of Mithos and Lloyd getting associated with each other sort of and thusly transmitted together, too? Sounds on the slightly happier side, as well, which would be good for both getting to know Kratos better and also reminding him that being happy is a thing that can continue to happen, stop running away and let her hug you.

yeah! he taught them both how to fight and he has squishy feelings for both, so there's definitely a ton of stuff where his memories will mingle them wistfully. and it means she'd get a loophole past his stoic-face to the squishies which really drive him, so whatever else she finds out later, she'll know how much he does actually care.

he needs so many hugs. so many.

So, so many hugs. The foundation of squishy feels seems like a good start.

If he'd like some superheroing in return, he's welcome to see a memory related to that. She also has many feels about her dad since they're pretty close, and some attempts to arrest and deport people at a too-young age, among other things.

daddy feels would be great. he never really got to be a son, so he really has no idea what it feels like to have feelings about one's own parents. the more of them, the merrier. it might help him understand Lloyd a bit better to have the child perspective.

also, especially if it means he gets to wtf at Earth culture and technology.

Ahahaha, yes. The Christmas pickle adventures or one of the many times she peered over at her dad's laptop while he was working on cases instead of doing her homework, perhaps? Probably featuring arguing about her not being allowed to help, and Pepper doing it anyway because crime fighting is cool.

oh gosh Christmas. yep. and/or something car related because what is that. also, he will have such question marks about homework and school-related things.

Kratos has mixed feelings on kidlets helping their parents. :P don't make him stand in for your absent dad, Pepper.

... I realise none of that actually gave you a clear answer on which scene it should be, but that's what medleys are for, amirite.

xD There can definitely be car-related memories. Maybe a take-your-child-to-work day-at-the-FBI kind of thing? Since it's not been that long since Christmas irl it'd probably be on her mind, too, given that she misses him most around then.
