Since this looks like it's going to have much larger fallout than we'd initially expected, here's a collective plotting post for players to make plans, rather than having it spread across multiple plurks.

So Yuri might actually make an assassination attempt following the plan to steal away and bury the bodies. Depending on the Justicar's reaction.

But like a lot of other people Yuri is going to be very angry about all this and he kinda has a history.

In other words, Gene does not like that plan and will try and dissuade Yuri/stop him by force if he finds out about it. :V

also Valdis owes him one. or twenty. for trying to eat him.

If you're up for it, of course! Otherwise I can have him try and stop Yuri during the attempt, if he's around. and maybe get hurt in the process

I'm up for it! I think a confrontation between Yuri and Gene would be kinda cool. So maybe he can catch him just before the attempt.

Pepper will, stunningly, agree with Gene on this one. No assassinations for Yuri. He can have soup though.
