Hello, chelonauts! The CR With Me meme is back and ready for action!

When it comes to our CR meme, we do ask that you be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should team up to moon Eshai' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.'

We're still using the modified form, including the two sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill!

CHARACTER: Dorian Gray
CANON: Please Stop That Shit, Dorian
PERSONALITY: Mercurial emotional manchild with immortality. Capricious on the best of days, he is charming and pleasant sometimes and cold, entitled, and condescending at other times. He is hedonistic and obsessed with aesthetics, and his manners can swing from 19th century gentleman to 21st century partier in about two seconds flat.
CURRENT STATUS: Thanks to Catty removing some memories from his head, Dorian is in a great mood! Loss of loved ones? He has no memories of that. So he's being flirty and having fun and completely ignoring all the itching distress at the back of his head.
CR GOALS: I always like deepening old CR. Also! I'd just like him to make some people he cares about again! Even if that caring is 'wanting to gouge their eyes out.' Actual emotional attachments to other living beings, please.
SCENE-DOS: With Dorian, I tend to stay off network posts because, for some reason, I just have a really hard time tagging into them? I fail, I know. I am happy to switch between prose and actionspam, though! In general, I like anything, from relationship-building casual things to derpy threads to horrible violent terrible things.
SCENE-DON'TS: Nothing in particular? Experience everything, hell yeah.
ADDITIONAL: Dorian has switched back to relatively normal sleep cycles and can actually be found during daylight again. Hooray!

CHARACTER: Tony Stark
CANON: MCU
PERSONALITY: Tony's a flippant jerk who maintains a persona of arrogant, entitled douchebag in order to keep people at arm's length. He's brilliant, but he carries on like everything's a big joke and he likes to pretend that he doesn't have feelings. He's also a self-made superhero.
CURRENT STATUS: Presently, Tony is running Stark Industries. He’s unable to get drunk and spends as much time as possible working on his various projects in an effort to stave off sleep. He's also trying to avoid dealing with the fact that he got killed.
CR GOALS: I would like for Tony to take on more tech-related projects for people. I'd also love for him to get some close CR, whether positive or negative. Negative's easier than positive, since he isn't usually inclined to let people in, but I really want the guy to make some friends. Also, if anyone would be interested, I would love for him to have some one-night stands or disastrous relationship attempts. He's terrible at maintaining functional relationships and I think it would be fun to write the inevitable mistakes and breakup that go with him trying to have anything more than meaningless sex. Basically, I'm up for everything and the character lends himself well to any kind of social interaction.

CHARACTER: Betty Ross
CANON: Marvel 616
PERSONALITY: Betty as a human is a friendly, largely ordinary woman. As a Hulk, she loves adventure and excitement and is fairly personable, despite being huge and red and prone to anger.
CURRENT STATUS: Betty's working at Bryn's tavern, doing security and odd jobs as needed. She spends her time off exploring the turtle, shopping, and generally just being out and about. She doesn't like to stay cooped up inside and she spends a lot of time in her Hulk form.
CR GOALS: I would like anything and everything, positive or negative CR. Betty could use some friends and if anyone wants to go a few rounds with a Hulk, she'd be down for that too. She would welcome the exercise.
SCENE-DOS: I'll write anything and I'm equally comfortable with prose and action tags.

CHARACTER: Castiel
CANON: Supernatural
PERSONALITY: Castiel is an angel with questionable social skills. His heart’s in the right place, and he genuinely cares about people, he’s just prone to making a lot of mistakes.
CURRENT STATUS: At the moment, Castiel’s trying to adjust to life on the turtle and deal with his guilt over the many problems he caused for Heaven, Earth, and the Winchesters back home.
CR GOALS: I would just like to get Castiel out there more. Have him make a few potential friends. Maybe an enemy or two. He’s still very new, so I’d really like a little bit of everything for him.
SCENE-DOS: I'll write anything and I'm equally comfortable with prose and action tags.

CANON: Legend of Korra
PERSONALITY: Power-hungry, smug politician with as terrible childhood currently struggling between wanting to be a batter person and missing the glory he had before coming here.
CURRENT STATUS: Just spent a couple weeks with no memories of his father, which made everything a whole lot better for him. Now that his memories are back he's a little upset about that. Is also the headmaster of the school and trying his best to prove that he can be helpful.
CR GOALS: Anything!
SCENE-DOS: Anything! I'd love to get him doing some more 'casual' scenes, as in just leaving the house and going for a drink with somebody or something. He's pretty focused on his duties and training to fight so it'd take a bit of pushing, though.
SCENE-DON'TS: Nothing!

CHARACTER: Dr. Hannibal Lecter
CANON: Hannibal (TV)
PERSONALITY: Psychiatrist, serial killer, cannibal, politest bastard you'll ever meet. Likes helping people and building good relationships so less people suspect him of being a murderer. Enjoys all things high society (fine dining, opera, nice suits, etc).
CURRENT STATUS: Killed a bunch of people. Ate Tony Stark. Would leave a negative review on his Yelp page if he could because ew.
CR GOALS: Anything! I want to get back into the swing of actually having him do therapy for people, but I think having one-on-one logs on request instead of monthly catch-alls would be easier for me at this point.
SCENE-DOS: Anything!

And as for Septimus, Hannibal and Septimus might be interesting, although I'm uncertain how it would work given some of Sep's peculiarities. Also, the idea of a psychiatrist is utterly foreign to him and he would be baffled by the concept. That would just entertain me. Tarrlok and Septimus, though, definitely need to start chatting; they have some similarities and the differences might prove interesting.

Mind, it's all probable negative CR unless I get surprised, but hey, negative CR happens.

CHARACTER: Clara Oswald
CANON: Doctor Who!
PERSONALITY: Clara is a generally friendly young lady. She enjoys snarking and banter with people and has no qualms about having a (gentle) go at strangers. Brilliant and interesting people will fascinate her and she's also drawn to children as she works as a nanny back home. She can be a little aloof and distant and has trouble opening up to people but she's a very loyal and caring friend. She also enjoys baking souffles, reading novels, and exploring.
CURRENT STATUS: Clara's had a rough time of it lately. Her friend Rose left (but she's back now) and she had memory issues during the last event that caused her some anguish. Currently she's nursing a bad cold and is thinking about planning a book exchange. I plan to post with her about that this week!
CR GOALS: Well, I love my current CR so I am ALWAYS looking to develop that but I would love all new CR too? Clara's feeling a little stuck lately and might be more willing to use the network and chat with people she doesn't know instead of being isolated. Also, she's recently revealed to be an English teacher in new canon material so I would love to do something with that. ANY KIDS OUT THERE WANNA LEARN SOME TENNYSON?
SCENE-DOS: Banter! Clara loves exchanging blows with people and it's a good way to get her interested and excited by another person. She is also really interested by literature and other cooks. I really actually enjoy slice of life a lot with her because her character lends itself to it quite well, so I don't mind just mundane character interaction as two people learn about each other.
SCENE-DON'TS: Nothing really. I don't like much writing action scenes but Clara doesn't really lend herself to that anyway.
ADDITIONAL: I WANT ALL THE CR WITH HER AND FOREVER THE END.


CHARACTER: Lydia Martin
CANON: Teen Wolf
PERSONALITY: Lydia is a crouching bitch hidden genius. She seems like every high school's vapid alpha queen but deep down she's a multifaceted genius who gets roped into the supernatural by her friends. Lydia becomes a member of the scooby squad and starts trying to help solve the supernatural mysteries in her town. Though now more honest about her feelings and loyalty to her friends, Lydia is still the sassy, slightly bitch, designer brand loving girl she's always been.
CURRENT STATUS: Lydia is still getting settled in the city. She needs to find a job soon. She's also still kind of reeling from nearly being murdered before she arrived so she's likely to be skeptical and grumpy about things but will come around eventually.
CR GOALS: Anything! Though she really does best with people who can put up with her sassypants attitude and get to the more gooey center. Also any other mathematical geniuses would be AWESOME. She needs a change to use her skills and meet some fellow math and chemistry nerds. Also other people who REALLY REALLY like designer handbags and spend too much at lipstick at Sephora.
SCENE-DOS: I'd like to avoid anything super dramatic with her atm, but I am open to anything else!
SCENE-DON'TS: Not that I can think of!

CHARACTER: Gene Khan, your friendly neighborhood Mandarin
CANON: Gene Fucks Everything Up For Everyone Iron Man: Armored Adventures
PERSONALITY: Cunning, ruthless, arrogant seventeen-year-old supervillain with some severe mommy issues and a tendency to fuck things up with the best of intentions.
CURRENT STATUS: Plaything friend of Loki, working at Stark Industries, and itching to get some villainy on. He's bored of not having any power here and is looking to change that.
CR GOALS: As always I'd love to spend more time poking at his current CR, as sparse as it can sometimes be, and I am also totally in favor of having him bother new people! Gotta share that destructive Mandariny love.
SCENE-DOS: I know this is the worst but ALL OF THE THINGS. Preferably network for new stuff because I'm in several logs with him already and I can toss network tags back a lot faster. Tonally, I'm up for basically everything except for him getting killed.
SCENE-DON'TS: I'm a little leery of outing him as the Mandarin yet, especially since he hasn't been using his rings since he's been here. But given the right situation, we could open up that shitstorm.
ADDITIONAL: I'm doing NaNoWriMo this month, which actually tends to make me more productive at...er...everything? Which is weird.

Granted, his last two morally-questionable bosses won't write him letters of recommendation, since he stabbed both of them in the back (he says it was breach of contract), but he has a lovely letter from the Crown Prince of Saillune describing him as a true ally of justice...

CHARACTER: Vanessa Cleveland
CANON: Daughters of the Moon
PERSONALITY: Optimisticish goddess of hope who is slightly neurotic and tries to help everyone she comes across. Also kind of badass and a vessel of chaos.
CURRENT STATUS: Vanessa is currently stuck in some awkward Teenage Drama because her boyfriend is cute but she's thinking of kissing her best friend, who is a girl and... Well. Yeah. She's also trying to get this Outreach Program up (more information to come) and is training to fight Malicant. Also a member of ASS.
CR GOALS: Deepening old CR forever and always. Also having her getting out there and meeting new people, getting more comfortable with people.
SCENE-DOS: Uh, I am pretty much up for anything, tbh.
SCENE-DON'TS: Not that I can think of!!

CHARACTER: Jonah Kinlock
CANON: The Heir Chronicles
PERSONALITY: Bitter teenager who is actually really charming despite most attempts at not being so, thanks to his own physiology. He's kind of a jerk for good reasons though, because he can't actually touch people.
CURRENT STATUS: Jonah's still pretty new and just trying to figure this place out and whatnot.
CR GOALS: Everything, please. LOL. I have been pretty slow lately, but I am thinking of putting up an open log for him soon. Come talk to him okok. He likes to sword fight and has a prejudice against wizards and loves little kids.
SCENE-DOS: Love it all. Although any like, romance stuff would be... Difficult to nearly nonexistent. He can't be close to people, so he doesn't try.
SCENE-DON'TS: Nada.

CHARACTER: Zelgadis Graywords
CANON: Slayers
PERSONALITY: Zel is a mercenary sorcerer-swordsman who is on a quest to return himself to 100% fully human (after his granddad decided he needed a chimera minion-slash-guinea-pig). He's not exactly trusting of others, and pretty ruthless.
CURRENT STATUS: Zel has a turtle egg and was actually asking for help (sort of) during the Halloween event. He's also been involved in various investigations into the nature of the turtle.
CR GOALS: Zel really doesn't have any close social contacts: he has a few people he doesn't mind speaking to, but no-one who I can use as an excuse to drag him out. So I'd like him to meet people who he might actually hang out with, especially if they are the outgoing sort to drag him places. Goals beyond 'return to humanity' and 'help the turtle' would be nice, or at least some non-event turtle-helping.
SCENE-DOS: Some face to face actions would be great, as would people willing to put up with random accosting in log threads. Not that Zel avoids the network (he likes it, since it lets him interact with people who don't know what he looks like). But I'd like to see what Zel does with his time beyond unspecified work and errands.
SCENE-DON'TS: I don't mind Zel having some negative CR, but he's the sort to avoid people who piss him off unless he has no choice.

CHARACTER: Tazendra
CANON: Dragaera
PERSONALITY: Fight happy sorceress-swordswoman elf lady. Likes drinking, gambling, and picking fights with people who could potentially kill her. Still not quite over her conviction that her people are better than yours.
CURRENT STATUS: I need to find a goal for Tazendra or I'm going to have to drop her. Or she's going to pick enough fights that there could be serious consequences, since she's not always the best at non-lethal combat.
CR GOALS: Tazendra is apparently enough of a magic geek, that she'd be a good person to participate in the magical side of research, but the fact she thinks sorcery is the Bestest and that everything else is obviously full of superstition holding it back would mean she's the last person you want to organize other people. Getting her to talk shop about magic could be a way to keep her out of trouble.
Or she could continue to go to bars and get into fights.
SCENE-DOS: I don't really know what I want. People challenging Tazendra, but not really in the physical way (well, not necessarily -- she'll probably find fight challenges a fun thing to do, and anyone who can hold their own against her is someone she can respect).
SCENE-DON'TS: Nothing really. Like I said, this is a 'this character is boring and frustrating me' situation and I'll toss it against the wall and see if it sticks.

ADDITIONAL: I have a third character being apped, and I'll post with him as soon as the app is approved.

Septimus and Tazendra, however, would be freaking awesome. He knows all about living in magically-dangerous, sword-wielding aristocracy and actually might feel oddly comfortable around her.

CHARACTER: Loki Laufeyson
CANON: Marvel 616
PERSONALITY: Compulsively lying god with the physical and emotional maturity of 13 year old boy, and a penchant for pranks and bizarre threats. Chaotic neutral alignment. Likes bacon.

CURRENT STATUS: Currently, Loki's in the midst of his I'M A GOOD PERSON, NO REALLY campaign. He's not, obviously, and most people know this, but he's been very deliberately a moral light grey and sometimes downright helpful when it suits him. Presently working for Stark Industries as the in-house douchebag, sticking his nose in other peoples' business at random, and magically with Willow on assorted witchery. Oh, and he's also scouting out and targeting people as potential allies for a grand scheme that he's slowly cooking up.

CR GOALS: It'd be particularly nice to dig into existing CR, but I'm definitely looking for some new people in Loki's life. Where I'm at with his character development now, it'd be a fun to fall in with some more neutral-to-evil types. Given who I play, I'm not afraid of Loki losing out in a situation (just ask 616 Tony!), so I'll be happy for him to take consequences for any of his more outlandish interactions. He could also use someone to just up and punch him in the face when he's being a dick.

SCENE-DOS: I'm plenty fond of network stuff for the pace, and can handle a lot more network than I can log stuff. However, I'm happy to carry a certain number of prose or action threads. I'm definitely looking for interactions that will progress in some sort of direction, whatever it might be.

SCENE-DON'TS: I'm kinda full up on directionless aggression for the sake of it. I love negative CR, but I'd like to have a direction to go with any sort of planned scenes because it's so prevalent in my usual spontaneous things.

ADDITIONAL: Loki is also actively going out of his way to avoid fights with known hero-types, but considers banter to be a valid life choice. Also, his brother (times two!) happens to be here so he's behaving better.

CHARACTER: Ellie
CANON: The Last of Us
PERSONALITY: Okay, so if it isn't obvious: Ellie is typically the type of character who says exactly what she means, with some flavorful language thrown in. She's your stereotypical 14 year old who comes from a post apocalyptic society, and therefore her priorities are very much centered around 'this is my second chance.' This means you'll get a lot of questions about things that SHOULD be common place for someone from Earth, but they're just not for her.

However, due to her trek across the country, and the fact that she is VERY MUCH post Winter section of the game (which, I'll spare the spoilers and just say leaves her very, very traumatized), she's internally going to freak out about Joel not being there, and have a tendency to zone out when certain triggers are brought up. Tu Shan has mostly distracted from that, but it DOES still come up, occasionally

So, there you have it. A loud mouthed 14 year old for the most part.
CURRENT STATUS: Ellie has literally managed to grab almost the entire Star Trek cast and convince them to teach her something (ILU All for doing that, btw!!), and she has a good pun competition running with Jason. Otherwise, between second families with Julie and Raleigh, Ellie spends most of her time looking for comic books she can read and wandering about the city looking for food. Foooooood.
CR GOALS: So, I love Ellie and antagonistic CR, since she's so foul mouthed and she really doesn't care what people think of her. But, I also do miss the father-daughter thing she had going with Joel. I won't be looking to RECREATE that, per se, but those are the two primary things that I'm really looking forward to playing. Ellie also naturally gravitates towards space folks.

CHARACTER: Mako
CANON: Legend of Korra
PERSONALITY: So, Mako is very serious as a character. He doesn't tend to goof off much, just due to his upbringing, or lack there of. He's very quick on his feet, and is more likely to walk away or flat out ignore someone rather than lose his cool. In fact, losing his cool is pretty much reserved only for people he cares about, unfortunately.

So, due to his seriousness, he's kind of a stick in the mud character. And... yet I know he's capable of making terrible puns as much as Ellie is, and he likes doling out witty one-liners. So, there's that.

Getting Mako to be more than casually polite is usually my biggest problem with him.
CURRENT STATUS: So, Mako is my problem character sometimes! He works for Stark Industries so I'd like to dig into that a little bit more than I have been, and get more into his daily life, rather than handwaving it as much as I have. Also, because he doesn't really use the network, I'm looking to do more logging with him this month.
CR GOALS: Please let me be a detective in your general direction, and/or if you're okay with Mako not being casually polite at you, I would love it. But it's super hard to get him hooked into talking to people, so anything at all would be great.

SCENE-DOS: Ellie will play on the network, or she'll do action spam or prose. I am rather flexible. However, network tags are a lot easier for me to write on the fly than logs or action spam. Especially with how busy I've been lately, that's what I'd gravitate towards with Ellie. Mako, however, does NOT like the network. So, it's logs all the way for him. He is pretty damn serious as a character, but if someone were willing to let me be an asshole with him, I'd greatly appreciate it.
SCENE-DON'TS: I am going to go ahead and admit that I suck at small-talk threads, and would rather avoid them if at all possible. They are usually the first threads I drop...

CHARACTER: Ai Haibara (Shiho Miyano)
CANON: Detective Conan
PERSONALITY: I am such a damn moron She keeps to herself and is quiet, mostly because she doesn't trust people easily. Since she had been betrayed and lost her family to the Black Organization she hasn't had much of a reason to exactly open up. She comes off as a pessimist, as well as being rather blunt when she is convinced to join a conversation. She may look seven but she rarely acts like it.
CURRENT STATUS: As of this time she's getting used to being on her again now that her only canon mate has gone home, but she believes herself to be accustomed to being alone. She has also recently taken on egg-parent duties which has been her only reason so far to bother leaving her suite.
CR GOALS: At the next landfall she is going to getting her research notes from home so I really want to see if she can find a way to work at a lab or some place where she can continue her studies.research in chemistry. Granted she looks seven but by now she figures it probably won't be the weirdest thing anyone has seen. Also, see about working on getting her CR/deepening what CR she does have since she thinks herself alone again.
SCENE-DOS: With her, a balanced combination of drama and character development with some fun humor is ideal. The fact that she can't really act like a child always makes for fun jokes. But given her history a little drama or serious plot-events are most welcomed. I'm also good with either prose or action brackets when it comes to logs.
SCENE-DON'TS: There isn't anything that I can think of right now...
ADDITIONAL: Admittedly I am on the slow side and I'm sorry about that. And there were a couple of people I had originally spoken to prior to my October hiatus about doing stuff and I would still love to plot those out too! I would be interested in CR between Jor-El and Ai. I figure Kryptonians- at least from his canon- get started towards what they're supposed to do in adulthood early in their educations, so he wouldn't be bothered at all by a small child doing science.

She can be confused by his apparent lack of issue with kid doing SCIENCE and he can be confused by her being confused. Or something.

PERSONALITY: Stiles is a smart-ass, used to dealing with all sorts of supernatural shenanigans, and a fairly positive character.
CURRENT STATUS: He wants to just talk with everybody, as well as start a "fiction channel" on Clark Kent's radio network. The OOC side I'm still organizing.
CR GOALS: Basically? Build it and they will come. I'm all for cross-canon tagging, always.

SCENE-DOS: As I said above, tag me and I'll play with you. Stiles has an in-game ship with Rapunzel, but other than that I'll play anything you want.
SCENE-DON'TS: Ask me OOCly for don'ts. I'm fairly flexible.

PERSONALITY: Emotions on her sleeve kind of gal. When she's happy she's ecstatic when she's sad she's crying in a corner. She's anxious to experience anything and everything, but does so with some trepidation due to mother's warnings.
CURRENT STATUS: Generally happy! She's made some good friends and is tentatively romantically involved with Stiles. She's also working designing clothes.
CR GOALS: So I'd be really interested in some negative CR for Rapunzel. She's got lots of support and kindness from all of her CR so far, so I'd love to try something new there. Maybe someone who can truly scare her. Someone like the people her mother warned her about. Baring that, just someone who clashes with her upbeat personality would be great too.

CURRENT STATUS: Rose has just re-arrived and is settling back in without any version of the Doctor here. She's pretty much a blank slate at this point and is just trying to figure out her place and what she needs to do on the turtle this time around to be useful.
CR GOALS: Honestly, anything and everything. I'd love for her to touch base with CR she had before, as well as make all kinds of new CR. Positive, negative, anything.
SCENE-DOS: I generally prefer action stuff over prose, but don't mind either network or log stuff. Rose functions better face to face than over the network though, because she's a very tactile person.

Outgoing and often in high spirits, Shockwave still hasn't fully adjusted to having to live in an organic world, but is certainly trying. In the middle of a passionate love affair with science, but open to teaching and politicking should there be a need. Shockwave also has a bone to pick with state-supported amputation and brainwashing.

PERSONALITY: Bianca is aggressively good and cares about others. She's very much all about nurturing and helping people. She can also be just downright aggressive with people who get on her bad side, but she's also quick to forgive if they realize they erred in crossing her and are willing to apologize and make amends.
CURRENT STATUS: Bianca's working at the clinic, and right now she and Sep primarily are working on getting a hospital formed in Keeliai! She's also ramping up what the cinic's doing at the same time, to have a few more volunteers on hand to train up, and spread basic first aid skills and general health knowledge throughout the turtle, whether foreigner or keda.

She's also throwing Thanksgiving dinner for anyone willing to attend.

CR GOALS:Wow I totally thought I filled this out go me, EVERYTHING, EVERYONE, SHE IS EVERYWHERE SOMEHOW I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED.

PERSONALITY: Jor-El is at first glance a completely stoic person, and someone very interested in science. Both of these are correct, but he's also liable to do the unexpected at times if he thinks it's required and he doesn't get his way manage to convince whoever it is that needs convincing first.
CURRENT STATUS: Right now, Jor-El's just announced with Shockwave the Science Division of Wayne Enterprisses.
CR GOALS: Expanded CR! I'd like to get him involved with others more, push him a bit out of his comfort zone. While he's unorthodox by Krypton's standards, it doesn't compare against humans, who he's still getting accustomed to, because let's face it, we're weird.
SCENE-DOS: Jor-El tends to result in teal deers running rampant in the most unexpected places, so introspection tends to happen like running into a brick wall. But that said, action! I'm kinda interested in having him test the superpowers he's ended up with now that he's reached a point where he's more comfortable with them, but he's not superhero material and going off to fight crime isn't something that he thinks about. Also science!
SCENE-DON'TS: He is also not open for romance. You don't want to traumatize Superman by propositioning his dad after all, right?

PERSONALITY: May is Peter Parker's much less awkward, confident well socialized, popular and athletic daughter who nontheless still inherited his penchant for believing everything's their fault, ever. Also she's Spider-girl. As one of her friends put it, she tries really hard to appear to be a completely normal teenaged girl at times.
CURRENT STATUS: May just showed up on the turtle! She's still getting settled in and adjusting, especially between the revelation that her pseudo-friend and ally Kaine is a clone of her dad and that there's a teenaged version of her dad here.
CR GOALS: May's brand new here, so I'm interested in seeing what works with her! I'd love to get her immersed in what passes for teenaged shenanigans on the turtle, encountering other superheroes, and so on.
SCENE-DOS: Pretty much everything's good for May! Even the romance! Actually especially the romance, she can be boy crazy at times.
SCENE-DON'TS: I'm still seeing what works with her here, so I don't have any particular don'ts in mind for her yet!

PERSONALITY: She's pretends not to care about everything! And she doesn't care about a lot of things, but when people are nice to her and don't just accept her impersonal attitude at face value she begins to care about them. She gets incredibly conflicted when she starts getting emotionally invested because she knows that friends are a good, nice thing, but she's also supposed to not be friends with people to reduce the mental stress on future Archives, plus she has an unfortunate association where friends = getting hurt. So she's very reluctant to show kindness and friendship even when she feels it towards someone. She rarely hates or dislikes people, mostly that turns into an "I don't care" feeling. She also has a tiny bit of snark/humor, but she needs to be closer to people to show that.
CURRENT STATUS: In the Misspell event she and Jim Kirk ended up swapping powers, which ultimately means she ended up with all his memories when the event ended. So she's blooming into more of an individual now, but that's very shaky ground so things are pretty off kilter for her right now. She is also still doing her science-y stuff at SI, mostly working with Bruce Banner!
CR GOALS: I am definitely fine with any and all CR. It's easiest with her to develop existing CR but finding new CR is a total joy!
SCENE-DOS: She's less likely to do network posts and comment on network posts unless there's some interesting thing going on. She's not very chatty so unless she's answering questions or asking questions she'll probably just ignore it (or stalk it if its really interesting). But running into people in person means that she can't just ignore them, so it's a good way to trap her into conversation. Past that... anything goes! She's definitely around SI so that's an easy place to have her interact with people.
SCENE-DON'TS: Nah, I love everything. If you're unsure, just ask! I don't bite, I am probably more nervous about talking to you than you are about talking to me.
ADDITIONAL: Hahahahahaha senior year and a year long game design capstone course make my life super busy so slow everywhere, even when I'm not slow.

PERSONALITY: Sassy, funny, lighthearted! Quick to tease and poke people, Altlivia is easy with her smiles. When she makes a friend she is very loyal to them, and that's a little useful considering she pretty much will go to any lengths for her causes (also she's an Olympic sharpshooter). She also trolls assholes for fun and really doesn't know when to stop for her own good, and it's not really good to piss her off because that usually ultimately ends up with dead people.
CURRENT STATUS: The bakery is finally going to open this month holy crap!! She's also recovering from a major case of the sads because her BFF Lincoln went home. But she'll get better eventually. In the mean time, she's going to be a lot more nice and a bit less sass.
CR GOALS: Everything under the sun. People she hates, people she likes, new people, old people. All of it.

PERSONALITY: Fun, flirty, and with an insatiable wanderlust for life, Zatanna is easily the most sociable of the three. Wordplay is her specialty, and she is fluent in sarcasm and wit. If you have a sense of humor, there is a very strong chance she will like you. She had a very strong, close circle of CR whom she is both fiercely protective of and forever loyal to, and--despite initial outward appearances--can be taken very, very seriously when it comes to magic. No, really.
CURRENT STATUS: ...okay, to save on both time and sanity, I'll just give the briefest of up-to-dates. As of November 12, Zatanna is one day away from remembering that boyfriend of hers, whom she lost her memories of thanks to the ghosting event. Because of this, she's clinging to Jack a little more than usual (yes, this is apparently possible) and to say she's on Damian's bad list now would be an understatement. Besides that, she was also personally requested by na-na-na-na-BATMAN himself to analyze some of those paints that brought people back from invisibility magically, and may be reporting on her findings soon enough.
CR GOALS: As the TL:DR CR meme proved, I am horrible at actually planning things and absolutely terrific at coming up with spur-of-the-moment cracky scenarios that should be played out for no other reason than it sounds like a bad idea tons of fun. Which is why Zatanna and Korra are going to "accidentally" get drunk together later this week...oops...
SCENE-DOS: I have a lot of angst and drama planned for her, with a brief of Korra-flavored crack (it's not what it sounds like, I swear!), so something to balance out the Teen Drama might be nice. Maybe something more to do with paint collaborative efforts or getting out there with the Rooftop Club?
SCENE-DON'TS: The only thing I ever nix when it comes to her is anything a little TOO age-inappropriate. The girl is fifteen years old, but she's still only fifteen years old. Even if...she sometimes needs to be reminded of that fact... >.>

CHARACTER: Midii Une
CANON: Gundam Wing: Episode Zero
PERSONALITY: Quiet, introverted, and often finds comfort in knowledge. Midii loves to learn. It was what kept her alive in the war, and it's what will get her through the insanity of living on a Magic Turtle. Above all else, she loves a good puzzle. Her circle of friends is very small, and she is definitely drawn to a certain type.
CURRENT STATUS: MIDII IS ALMOST STARTING TO BELIEVE IN JACK. This is huge for her, because it's the first time she's shown accepting something that she can't explain. Right now, it's only his voice. But there's something. Besides that, she's quietly celebrating her twelfth birthday Today (November 12) in a Log I just posted up. She and Eponine are Bonding. She and Bean are making familiar acquaintances. She's slowly collecting tutors in the forms of Monet, Jor-El, and even Damian. There is also...something going on with the latter. Any other child, and one might consider it to be a crush. For the moment, however, she just knows she enjoys spending time with him. You know, a lot.
CR GOALS: With Midii, it's all about developing what she already has, and seeing what comes of it. I'd love to get more into her Lessons in languages and coding, and expand on some of the ideas planted in some of her more recent threads.
SCENE-DOS: One thing that I have in mind for her is somebody addressing the fact that she is getting older. Maybe coming to talk to her about this, and things that could potentially happen in the future as a result of her gradual maturing.
SCENE-DON'TS: Anything that wouldn't be appropriate to discuss with a twelve-year-old. With the obvious exception of War and Death, which she has all too much experience in, so there's no reason to avoid with her. But the OTHER things inappropriate to discuss with a twelve-year-old.

CHARACTER: Aya
CANON: Green Lantern: the GDI RAZER Animated Series
PERSONALITY: Aya is not what you would expect from an Artificial Intelligence. And there's a reason for that: she is actually alive, born of the creature that lives within the Central Green Lantern Battery. Because of this, while inherently clever and prone to falling back on logic in new and unfamiliar situations, she can also be surprisingly predictable...and, yes, even emotional. At her current canon point, the little bb bot has actually already fallen in love. She has very strong attachments to her world's version of Hal Jordan, whom she looks to as a mentor and even fatherly figure, as well as Sergeant Kilowag, who is like the "mother" of the group at times. She can be stubborn. Very stubborn. But she is always first and foremost a Green Lantern in her mind (and heart) and will do whatever is necessary to help others and abide by the Code.
CURRENT STATUS: Aya is new to the Turtle and gradually making friends. Particularly Kyle, with whom she already shares a very unique bond, as he had once served as a host for his universe's version of her "father". The fact that there are two Hal Jordans here, and neither of them hers, is sad, as is much of the information currently being exchanged amongst Lanterns. But she is also slowly intergrading herself with Turtle life by inquiring about potential job positions and making her unique skills known so that she may be able to offer her assistance in any way possible. Also, she and Spock are arguably hilarious right now to thread.
CR GOALS: SCIENCE BROS come to her. Anybody who might take an interest in a living Artificial Intelligence. Just don't try to dissect her. She only recently avoiding having her own damn creator attempt to delete her existence entirely, and so getting stuck on another laboratory slab would NOT be a good way to make friends right now.
SCENE-DOS: Aya, I'm mostly trying to expand on her CR because she's so new, so I'm not focusing on anything too specific for the moment until I get her better settled into the game.
SCENE-DON'TS: ...truthfully? With this one, just about anything goes. She is technically only a year old (not including the memory loss after Scar wiped her archives the first time), but is considered to be both mentally and physically in her Late Teens. Interpret that however you will.

PERSONALITY: Technical genius and the part-time-full-time superhero Iron Man, Tony is pretty open to anything new. He likes learning and being challenged and challenging others, so anything that falls under those options can be potential CR moments. He's a little bit of a sensitive dork, so he can also be won over by sob stories to a certain degree. But he's an engineer, so building new things and trying out technology is his first love. Racing with superpowers, sarcasm competitions, and teasing wars rank pretty highly, though. Once he warms up to someone, he can be their long term ally and maybe potential friend. That takes a bit longer, but he's a decent conversationalist when he feels like it. CR with him can either be friendly or antagonistic and anything in between, and he'll vacillate according to the situation, so it can go many places.
CURRENT STATUS: Currently, he's just trying to get his bearings and find a place to be/something to be a part of. He mostly tinkers at home or hangs out at the other Stark's facilities with the nice lab space. And he'll be bothering his friends off and on because he's annoying like that. Or bickering with Loki. He needs new hobbies.
CR GOALS: I would love to get some deeper CR going with him. He can be hard to wrangle, but I'd like to give him some go-to buddies to hang out with (or more rivals to pick on) and strengthen his network in general. Building connections! And possibly getting into trouble. Although he's due for doing something good now too. Anyone need a thing?
SCENE-DOS: I'm pretty open to different scenes. Network threads and logs are both fine, and I'll actionspam and prose equally. PERSONALITY: Arthur here is kind of assholish and standoffish, but he's smart, detail-oriented and has a wicked sense of humor if you can bring it out in him! Unfortunately, the turtle keeps him perpetually sort of grouchy, but hey, talk to him at the turtle's head and he might crack a joke or a smile! He's the height of professionalism, though, and not inclined to small talk
CURRENT STATUS: Arthur has been, among other things lately, egg sitting, thanks to his mun giving him one of those ridiculous eggs (and he is very grouchy about it!); he's also been poking around with his PASIV device (that's the thing that lets him do shared dreaming) and the Dreaming archway magic from Sinbrilee. On top of his private security business, providing tech and personnel to local businesses and important personages.
CR GOALS: I'd love to get him some new and more developed CR! This can be pretty tricky with Arthur, but I'd really like to get him involved in dream-related experimentations. If anyone has character(s) doing stuff like that, please let me know! I want to get him into some trouble now that he is a lone canon warrior. Without castmates to be concerned about, he's more inclined to take some risks and be more open about stuff, so let's make use of it!
SCENE-DOS: He's a network stalker but prefers to do most of his interactions in person - especially stuff of a more sensitive nature. Also small talk is pretty much right out with Arthur - if there's not a very specific point to the conversation he will bow out quickly. It takes quite a while to get him to a point where he cares about someone to ask them how their day is (and considering he assumes everyone he interacts with is a projection, aka not real, that is especially tough).
SCENE-DON'TS: Slice-of-life and small talk, as I said, are kind of out of the question with Arthur. Otherwise, have at me!

CHARACTER: Commander Shepard
CANON: Space Jesus Battles Cthulhu
PERSONALITY: Shepard is a war hero of the first caliber, think Captain America but in space. She's super self-sacrificial, puts others before herself, wants us all to get along and be friends, etc. This sometimes has a detrimental effect on her mental health, however.
CURRENT STATUS: She's always and forever running her teams so please sign your characters up for them if they would be at all interested! She's also dealing with Miranda being back on the turtle, after a long time of being a lone canon warrior.
CR GOALS: Anything and everything. I'd love to deepen some of her current CR and build on the team stuff. Let's plot shenanigans!
SCENE-DOS: Shepard's up for just about anything - as my most social character here, she's much more likely to just have a chat, say hello, ask how your day was, etc.
SCENE-DON'TS: I'm up for anything with Shepard!

CHARACTER: Booker DeWitt
CANON: Fun in the Sky With Reality Altering Racists
PERSONALITY: Booker's a very messed up guy, with a great big pile of guilt and self-loathing and a violent streak a mile wide, but he's got a huge soft spot for one particular girl, namely Elizabeth. That's the way to his heart, really.
CURRENT STATUS: As my newest character, Booker's still settling in, working out his living arrangement with Elizabeth, making plans, figuring this place out, and meeting people. He's working as a delivery man for Jack, so feel free to assume you've seen him running about the city smelling strongly of fish!
CR GOALS: I want to throw Booker at everyone, have him make friends and enemies (the latter is probably easier than the former), and have a grand old time!
SCENE-DOS: He's a bit technophobic, so he's not on the network all too much, and he'll be spending most of his time wandering around getting the lay of the land, so your best bet for interaction with this guy is via logs/action threads. He's also crappy at small talk, but people who express an interest in books, among other things, might get him to speak, just because he's trying to find people for Liz to talk to.
SCENE-DON'TS: He can be kinda tricky to get out, as stated above, network interactions with him will probably be somewhat limited! Otherwise I'm open to any and all ideas!

CHARACTER: Barnaby Brooks Jr.
CANON: Tiger & Bunny
PERSONALITY: LOL, I suck at summarizing this stuff. Basically, a professional super hero who has many different facades that change depending on the situation. His default mode in turtle land is polite and mild-mannered, though. A mess of mental issues. Loves his partner Kotetsu. Is kind of nice to kids who don't have their parents around, or parents who have kids waiting for them back home -- in his own way, at least.

CURRENT STATUS: He's been around for less than a month now. Since his arrival, he's had a birthday and has found a job at The Brazen Turtle. Winter is fast approaching, though, which brings a lot of unhappy memories for him. As for short-term goals, he's mostly trying to get him and his partner Wild Tiger settled in turtle land as best as he can.
CR GOALS: How about some superheroes? Since that's what Barnaby does for a living, that might give them some common ground. And I would love to work out a thread with Wild Tiger and Jack Frost together. Maybe some silly shenanigans? Also, he was really intrigued by what Arthur had to say on the network, so following up on that in a thread would be great. Aside from that, it would be good to build some CR with anyone who works at The Brazen Turtle. I'm open to other things too, though!
SCENE-DOS: Prose is what I'm most comfortable with, but I'm down with action spam if other people would rather do that. I find that Barnaby does better in face-to-face interactions with people (he doesn't respond to network posts on a whim, they have to ping his interest somehow). Scenes related to Kotetsu/Wild Tiger in some way might have a better chance at getting a reaction from him (he loves that guy, oh my god). Aside from that, I'm honestly down with whatever!
SCENE-DON'TS: I'm open to trying just about anything. :D Generally speaking, though, he will need a specific reason to approach your character about something, so it can be hard to get him involved in stuff just for the hell of it. (If your character approaches him, though, he will probably humor them for a little bit!)

CHARACTER: Lois Lane
CANON: DC Comics (preboot)
PERSONALITY: Abrasive, means well (usually), ethical, determined, reckless, insatiably curious, passionate, the best investigative reporter in forever (as she will tell you herself, and sadly it's approximately true). Oh, also she's married to some unimportant guy named Clark Kent who adores her.
CURRENT STATUS: Well, she's fully recovered from end-of-September showdown with Hannibal, though she still doesn't know who it was. She's all afire to find out. And generally hangin', I came off hiatus not long ago so I haven't ramped up her stuff yet.
CR GOALS: Lois has a little bottle she picked up aaages ago. There is a tiny environ in it--like Bottled Kandor, only not. I have no idea what its deal is! I want to get that explored, but I don't know yet if I'll have internet for the end of the month and next month is jam-packed with stuff. HOWEVER, as she will only invite along/want involved people she likes, I'd like to revisit and deepen CR she's got--outside DCU cast gets special cookies from me, but DC cast she adores you so don't shy away! Also, my plot plan for her for this month got a little scrapped, so I'd like a good hook. Anyone has anything investigative-y, please share!

SCENE-DON'TS: No killing at this point, and talk to me about major injury; it has the potential for exploding badly with an over-reactive husband. In general, if you think it’s a question, talk to me first. I’m pretty flexible.


CHARACTER: Gaius Septimus
CANON: Codex Alera
PERSONALITY: Arrogant, impatient, short-tempered, compassionate, intelligent, generous, fearless, overly confident, bordering on but not quite entitled, strong sense of justice, compulsive fixer, driven nearly beyond sanity when given a focus, coldly pragmatic when the situation demands it, passionate. He is an overpowered and highly trained engine of destruction, with magic similar in results to either of the Avatars, and a deadly swordsman. The major recent update: after a year here and with near-constant exposure to one of the turtle eggs, he is finally making steps progressing toward healing from his major PTSD case.
CURRENT STATUS: With Soranik leaving and his own mind healthy enough for it, he’s stepping in with Bianca to get the hospital off the ground. He’s also talking directly to Eshai and actually searching for responsibility. Definitely thinking about feeling out who wants training/sparring, especially in his specialty areas. He’s also mother-henning one of the eggs, and is sinking a lot of time and energy into caring about that plot as a rule. And with the cold weather, he’ll be going overtime to make firestones—yeah, basically, he’s starting to legitimately overwork himself.
CR GOALS: Yo, Avatar universe people! I’d love it if he could talk to you guys more/at all, in the case of Toph and Aang. His talents are fairly close, with variations, and he’d love some training time/technique swapping. Any egg parents, it would be lovely to get CR with you guys, too. Anyone wanting to get involved with/already involved with hospital stuff, I’d love to get more in with you guys, too. New CR definitely wanted, he's getting social again. I would also like to deepen existing CR, because he's starting to talk about what happened to him.
SCENE-DOS: Most things!
SCENE-DON'TS: No romance, no death. He’ll flirt lightly and gallantly sometimes, but it will not be more (women only, he won’t know what to do with men or n/a); injury should be discussed with me, but it’s more okay than it was before.
