Hello, chelonauts! The CR With Me meme is back and ready for action!

When it comes to our CR meme, we do ask that you be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should team up to moon Eshai' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.'

We're still using the modified form, including the two sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill!

CHARACTER: Ellie
CANON: The Last of Us
PERSONALITY: Okay, so if it isn't obvious: Ellie is typically the type of character who says exactly what she means, with some flavorful language thrown in. She's your stereotypical 14 year old who comes from a post apocalyptic society, and therefore her priorities are very much centered around 'this is my second chance.' This means you'll get a lot of questions about things that SHOULD be common place for someone from Earth, but they're just not for her.

However, due to her trek across the country, and the fact that she is VERY MUCH post Winter section of the game (which, I'll spare the spoilers and just say leaves her very, very traumatized), she's internally going to freak out about Joel not being there, and have a tendency to zone out when certain triggers are brought up. Tu Shan has mostly distracted from that, but it DOES still come up, occasionally

So, there you have it. A loud mouthed 14 year old for the most part.
CURRENT STATUS: Ellie has literally managed to grab almost the entire Star Trek cast and convince them to teach her something (ILU All for doing that, btw!!), and she has a good pun competition running with Jason. Otherwise, between second families with Julie and Raleigh, Ellie spends most of her time looking for comic books she can read and wandering about the city looking for food. Foooooood.
CR GOALS: So, I love Ellie and antagonistic CR, since she's so foul mouthed and she really doesn't care what people think of her. But, I also do miss the father-daughter thing she had going with Joel. I won't be looking to RECREATE that, per se, but those are the two primary things that I'm really looking forward to playing. Ellie also naturally gravitates towards space folks.

CHARACTER: Mako
CANON: Legend of Korra
PERSONALITY: So, Mako is very serious as a character. He doesn't tend to goof off much, just due to his upbringing, or lack there of. He's very quick on his feet, and is more likely to walk away or flat out ignore someone rather than lose his cool. In fact, losing his cool is pretty much reserved only for people he cares about, unfortunately.

So, due to his seriousness, he's kind of a stick in the mud character. And... yet I know he's capable of making terrible puns as much as Ellie is, and he likes doling out witty one-liners. So, there's that.

Getting Mako to be more than casually polite is usually my biggest problem with him.
CURRENT STATUS: So, Mako is my problem character sometimes! He works for Stark Industries so I'd like to dig into that a little bit more than I have been, and get more into his daily life, rather than handwaving it as much as I have. Also, because he doesn't really use the network, I'm looking to do more logging with him this month.
CR GOALS: Please let me be a detective in your general direction, and/or if you're okay with Mako not being casually polite at you, I would love it. But it's super hard to get him hooked into talking to people, so anything at all would be great.

SCENE-DOS: Ellie will play on the network, or she'll do action spam or prose. I am rather flexible. However, network tags are a lot easier for me to write on the fly than logs or action spam. Especially with how busy I've been lately, that's what I'd gravitate towards with Ellie. Mako, however, does NOT like the network. So, it's logs all the way for him. He is pretty damn serious as a character, but if someone were willing to let me be an asshole with him, I'd greatly appreciate it.
SCENE-DON'TS: I am going to go ahead and admit that I suck at small-talk threads, and would rather avoid them if at all possible. They are usually the first threads I drop...

I would absolutely love to have Septimus and Mako meet. Mako is free to treat Sep however you like, he will return snark for snark and being an asshole for being an asshole--and yet, it won't necessarily result in negative CR. One of his best friends at school was someone he got into brawls with all the time until they somehow made friends. So you've got free reign with Mako as far as Septimus is concerned.

Also, Septimus has a power-set a lot like bending without being bending, and a full range of Western-Eastern element mix. So if Mako wants a heavy work-out, Septimus can provide one.

I'd love to do more with Clara and Ellie and books! Plus Clara is somewhat of a space person.

Teddy and Ellie can bond over comic books and Teddy can impress her with his knowledge of heroes from his world? Also he's very patient so questions about things would be taken in stride and all that. He'd probably make a decent explainer/teacher person.
