Hello to the chelonautically inclined! Roy here with one of those pesky Official Mod Queries regarding the recent gang activities.
Have your characters been participating at all? If so, please detail the capacity in which they've done so - ie: have they been hiding indoors? Have they taken to performing vigilante action? Have you handwaved any sort of mugging or other encounter with the NPCs? Please be as detailed as you believe is necessary. Here's a handy form for you to fill out!

Character: Avatar Korra
What actions have they taken? She's mostly just taken to getting to know Tu Vishan better, as well as the situation the place is in. Being the Avatar, even if it's not for this world, gives her this sense of duty, you know? Though she has been taking it slow due to several reasons, but she's gonna start being more active around these parts. Also might've talked with the Emperor.
Would you be comfortable increasing their overall involvement? Yup!
In the event of a plot event, would you prefer to handwave something or log it out? I'd log it out. I'd only like to handwave stuff if some people are just busy.
