Hello to the chelonautically inclined! Roy here with one of those pesky Official Mod Queries regarding the recent gang activities.
Have your characters been participating at all? If so, please detail the capacity in which they've done so - ie: have they been hiding indoors? Have they taken to performing vigilante action? Have you handwaved any sort of mugging or other encounter with the NPCs? Please be as detailed as you believe is necessary. Here's a handy form for you to fill out!

Character: Clark Kent / Superman
What actions have they taken? Patrolling, mostly. If they have seen the gangs trying to hurt an innocent person he'll have defended them and brought them to safety- and tying up the gang members and bringing them to the police force. As Clark Kent he hasn't moved much from the Water Sector unless it was to visit his friends because that one is the safest, but he's trying to get as much information of the gangs as possible for his future newspaper.
Would you be comfortable increasing their overall involvement? Sure thing, it's kinda his job
In the event of a plot event, would you prefer to handwave something or log it out? Depends on the kind of event! But for this kind of things I usually prefer prose.
