Carolyn here. I just wanted to let everyone who hasn't been subjected to my endless bitching about it on plurk know that I'm moving house this month, meaning I am going to be flaky as hell until sometime in April. I'll keep up my end of anything gameplot-vital, like the cloning facility log, but otherwise, tags will be sporadic, and I'll probably disappear entirely for a bit at the end of the month. If I'm holding you up on something important, let me know and we can plan out where the thread's gonna go or handwave it.

Mod HMD | February Metaplot Event

Here we go again! As before, and for anyone who may have missed it, at the end of every mod-run event in Tu Shanshu we toss up an open dialogue post so that the events can be discussed. This is mostly to see if everybody's as happy as possible with the direction the game is going, whether or not the events could be considered a hit or a miss, that sort of thing.

This particular HMD covers the February Metaplot event, and this is where you all come in.

Did you like it? Did it run too fast? Too many posts? Too few? Was there enough variation for everyone? Did you guys have fun, or did you feel like you were overwhelmed with it all? Was there too much NPC direction or not enough?

OBVIOUSLY if you have more comments, questions or concerns than those listed above you can add those as well! This is pretty much just a general list.

Please remember, ANON IS ON for this and IP LOGGING IS OFF so if you have anything you'd like to say but maybe you're more comfortable putting it forth anon that is a-okay! You can also feel free to PM us at this journal, or to toss a private plurk at either of the mod accounts (those being vonnerdyce or reignsdown) if that suits your fancy. Holy Nippy Blizzards, Turtleites!

This weekend, Jack will be laying a blanket of snow down on Keeliai that will last from March 8-11th. He thinks that it's been pretty mild all this season and with it being almost spring, he feels it's his Winterly Duty to make sure the city gets a good coating before it really starts warming up.

But regular snow drifts are boring, so he will going a little ice-happy and creating all sorts of awesome things for people to enjoy. I'll put up a collective log on the 8th for the event that'll have lots of description and where people can mingle!

The other thing that will be special about the snow is that it will be laced with Jack's special winter magic IE; snow glitter. Basically it helps people forget their "adult" inhibitions and want to have fun like kids again. There's a very low level of it in all the snow so that you can choose whether or not you want to have your character affected by it, but ICly the more people interact with the snow (playing in it, shoveling, having some fall on their head, whatever) the harder the effect will be to ignore.

• Snowball fight, a huge one with multiple forts and unlimited ammunition
• Ice skating rink because yes.

Hey everyone! It's jason again (the guy who plays some big rock jerk! zerotoawesome), and I'm bringing you the Easter Bunny!

No, seriously, this is E. Aster Bunnymund from Rise of the Guardians, and he really is the Easter Bunny. He's also a Guardian who protects hope for children. He's an Australian badass warrior rabbit with a tough guy exterior and a gooey caring center, and when he's not stressing out about painting eggs or making chocolate, he's probably linefacing at Jack Frost.

Really though, he's a serious guy with a heart of gold, as long as you don't get on his bad side, which is harder than a certain snow spirit might suggest.

I'm still bad at these intros, so...
