Event | Landfall

Just a reminder that the landfall event went live yesterday! Tu Vishan will be "docked" at Atam until at least April 13th and characters are free to leave the turtle and get their bearings, do their sightseeing, and in general get up to shenanigans off-turtle for a spell.

Please note that there will be no central party-style log posted for the landfall! We considered doing one and decided that, due to the passive nature of the plot, nothing that central would be necessary to facilitate it. Feel free to let us know if you'd prefer to see one and we can write it up.

ETA: Two party-style logs have been posted based on feedback rec'd! Atam and Keeliai.

I think one might be a good idea if only so we don't spam the log comm. It doesn't have to be very involved on your part, just a sort of "hey here's a thing for your stuff" post.

This is something we considered doing. One concern would be isolating everything to a single log when there are, as we understand it, a number of CR plots on the happen. Do you have any thoughts in this regard?

A big main log wouldn't necessarily mean people can't put up individual plot posts if it's big and affecting a lot of people, like the Amis having a mini-revolution, but for people doing smaller things it might make everything cleaner? Like people getting into the library or just exploring or even just random CR building.

I agree, I think a catch-all log for general city happenings might be useful. People can still put up their own logs for specific things that they want to play out, but a collective log for threads where people are just bumming around Atam would be cool.
