hey! it's time for a cr with me meme! Welcome to the newest edition of the CR Meme! For players who've joined us since our last meme, these ~bimonthly extremely sporadic memes are our opportunity to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're interested in for your characters in coming months. Because of this, we do ask that you be as specific as you can when replying to this meme! 'Our characters should team up to moon Tu Yunxu' is more useful than 'omg tag me.' We have two helpful sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to, and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! CHARACTER: Mark Watney / aspacepirate
The Martian:

CURRENT STATUS: Not much. He just arrived within the last week or two so he's trying to adjust and get used to his new surroundings and is currently experiencing "YAY NOT ON MARS!!!!!!!"

CR GOALS: I just want to find something to do with this guy. I think right now he has it in his head to come up with a plan for when he gets back to Mars and y'know...not die. But, I think in order to do that and remember, he is considering trying to figure out how to remember things when he gets off the turtle?

But, I think I want to explore what being stuck on Mars all alone would have done to him as a person and explore him struggling to get back into a "normal life" - rather just watch him go "Why is peopling hard? I used to be good at being a people" and realize that his social skills, etc have taken a hit?

SCENE-DOS: I'm open to most things, tbh. I think more than anything I just want anything that allows me to develop this guy. Figure out more likes, dislikes, get some relationships/friendships going, etc.

SCENE-DON'TS: There's not really anything in particular that I am "meeeeh" or worse about. I guess as long as we aren't trying to force a ship or something, then I'm pretty open to things.

CHARACTER: Marie Kreutz / marie_kreutz
The Bourne Series:

CURRENT STATUS: Not much. I imagine Marie is probably ghosting through life and going to work, going to the markets, coming home. On occasion she is at the library checking out books and trying to learn more about this place. If she's bored then she's probably making bead jewelry or something.

CR GOALS: I think my biggest thing is getting Marie to come out of her self-imposed shell.

SCENE-DOS: I'm open to most things, tbh. I think more than anything I just want anything that allows me to develop this girl and find a place for her/potentially build her a home and perhaps a found family or friends or something.

SCENE-DON'TS: There's not really anything in particular that I am "meeeeh" or worse about. I guess as long as we aren't trying to force a ship or something, then I'm pretty open to things.

I don't really want her to get hurt since she died in canon, so I would like to avoid her getting into an overly dangerous situation for right now.

I definitely want more things with Mark and Danny. Maybe even a meeting with Danny's other side (How does he feel about ghosts?).

I think Conan only talked briefly to Marie, but I'd be willing to toss him at her again. Or Will or Danny, for that matter.
