Welcome to the newest edition of the CR Meme!

For players who've joined us since our last meme, these ~~~bimonthly~~ extremely sporadic memes are our opportunity to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're interested in for your characters in coming months. Because of this, we do ask that you be as specific as you can when replying to this meme! 'Our characters should team up to moon Tu Yunxu' is more useful than 'omg tag me.'

We have two helpful sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to, and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! We've also got a section for indicating what kinds of CR you're especially looking for, as well as types of threads you're not interested in.

This round, we have a special section called DIPLOMACY DEALINGS, for characters who are involved in the police force and/or government set up plots.

CURRENT STATUS: Hux has spent quite a bit of time ~~being homeless~~ camping with Kylo ~~and growing a beard~~. I think he, Kylo, and Phasma are going to get a house soonish? IDK. He's trying his hand at service industry-type work and he deserves the suffering from it. He's also been babysitting Kylo because he keeps trying to die or something.

CR GOALS: He just needs to meet more people. I'm cool w/ all the negative CR ever, but it'll also be interesting to have more neutral or even positive interactions.

DIPLOMACY DEALINGS: ~~he thinks the Snakes are A-Okay~~

SCENE-DOS: I'm up for anything! Hux isn't the type to frequent the network for casual conversation. He'll respond if there's something he'd want to gain from that kind of conversation, but otherwise he'd think it's a waste of his time. Right now he's probably more inclined to more direct/face-to-face interactions.

i like this. i like this a lot. Peridot is spending a lot of time trying to scrounge parts in Hatal to make her limb enhancers again, if that sparks anything.

He'd be curious about that, for sure!

I think that Valdis could be capable of some neutral snark. Their last interaction was super interesting and I really enjoyed it.

It was! They have an interesting dynamic and he needs someone to snark with.

She has all sorts of things to throw at him in the snark department. She quite enjoys verbal sparring.

He does too! Based on their last conversation, he'd consider her a worthy opponent, too

neutral / positive interactions you say? I could throw Yorda at him again since she didn't hate Hux on sight.

Klaus is also good for neutral / positive CR (just so long as he doesn't find out what Hux actually stands for)

I like both of these things!

Depending upon the situation in which they meet, Hux might be able to keep certain opinions to himself, assuming Klaus doesn't meet anyone who knows what Hux has done x:

Klaus has met a couple other Star Warses but none of them have brought up the First Order or Hux, so he'd be pretty clueless about giant death laser planets and mass murder. Adding to that, the fact that Klaus is a horrible judge of character means he can plausibly stay clueless so long as Hux keeps the rhetoric to a minimum.

THIS WILL WORK V WELL.

tbf Hux has a great character, in the sense that people under him within the FO really look up to him, so without his ideology getting into the way of things... he just might seem like some uptight guy who's had a bad day or sth |D;;;

Bisi/Mag can add Hux to the list of people to Watch Out For. Kylo is already on the list.

Hux doesn't hide his alliance with Kylo at all either, which makes the "not a good person" thing even more obvious
