PLOT REVEAL
There is some pretty cool and excellent stuff going on and I'm going to give you all a rundown of what Valdis has discovered, because I need some advice on how to proceed. First of all, Valdis was told a story by Milyn concerning the murder of a man named Enon over a year ago. Valdis pursued this lead because she believed that the information could be used against Tu Yunxu.
Enon had been in a relationship with Yunxu when Yunxu was very young. She was distracted from her quest when Anton was poisoned and began to pursue the cultists instead. However, this led her to a man named Dardul, who was later revealed to have the memories and soul of Enon. (Although whether or not he is actually Enon remains to be seen).
Going back a bit, Yunxu holds a grudge against Milyn for Enon's death, believeing that she is responsible. Since then, Valdis has been slowly growing more suspicious of Milyn. When Valdis discovers that Dardul is somehoww related to Enon, she takes him to the Midnight Hotel in order to keep him safe. After the Truth Compulsion event, in which Valdis confronted Yunxu about Enon, she decided to use her soul-walking ability to glean more information from Dardul.
What she found was that Milyn worked as a consultant for Daseng during Malicant's reign, creating Dust and the base for the Drug known as Lucid. Milyn has no guilt over her actions, believing that she was doing right by her people despite the questionable ethics of her experiments. Due to an earlier request, Valdis also knows that Daseng is looking for Milyn.

I have a few ideas how to what might happen next:
ICly, Valdis feels that the only person who will believe her about Milyn's treachery is Tu Yunxu and she will likely go straight to him to inform him of what she has found. This primary option will probably have significant impact on the Turtle and all characters.
There are two secondary options to go along with this one. The first is that Valdis gives Milyn a three day head start before she tells Tu Yunxu. Her only fear about this would be that Milyn would flee directly into Daseng's arms and that could spell bad news for the Foreigners. The second would be not giving Milyn a head start and, knowing Yunxu, we can infer what could happen.
Another option would be Valdis not telling anyone and trying to use Milyn to get to Daseng through somewhat grey means.
Update: Valdis will be giving Milyn a three day head start before she tells Yunxu and then will be making a radio announcement concerning Milyn's past indiscretions.

In all seriousness, if there's anything you can put together which would include other Foreigners, even if the situation is slightly contrived, that'll be your best option. Right now, and assuming Milyn does run straight to Daseng, it sounds like giving her a head start would work best, but even that's a bit... indirect? Is there anyone else Valdis would tell, under any circumstances?

I do have a sort of idea that stems from the fact that Valdis shared the baby turtle vision with everyone that one time...if she could figure out how to do it again, she could share the memory of her conversation with all the foreigners...but that's pretty far fetched. The simplest thing would be to make a network post, which I had been considering anyway, but that would take place after she tells Yunxu and gives Milyn a head start.
