Welcome to the bi-monthly edition of the CR Meme! It's been a busy six months since the Foreigners have returned to Keeliai, and even in that span of time, plenty of things have changed! Here's a good place

For players who've joined us since our last meme, these ~bimonthly memes are our opportunity to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for your characters. Because of this, we do ask that you be as specific as you can when replying to this meme! 'Our characters should team up to moon Tu Yunxu' is more useful than 'omg tag me.'

We have two helpful sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to, and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! We've also got a section for indicating what kinds of CR you're especially looking for, as well as types of threads you're not interested in.

SCENE-DOS: What sort of things are you looking to write with this character? Are you a prose sort of person or action spam all the way? Do you prefer network interactions to face-to-face? Do you like angst, fluff, drama, plot-based scenes, all of the above? 
SCENE-DON'TS: What sort of things are you a little more lukewarm about in regards to this character, or would rather flat-out avoid? Do you absolutely hate writing negative CR? Would you sooner chuck you laptop out a window before you write one more slice-of-life thread? All those considerations can go here.

Things we should do: maybe play out Cain showing up to let his blood be examined? Play out a lunch date or something? Have them nerd out more over unexpected subjects that just pop up as they do??

Also, following up with China and Cain at some point or another. I don't think either would need to pry about what happened but I feel like they're both interested in it so it might happen if it comes up? :|a

The bloodwork stuff would involve Milyn, too, so we might want to do something else, unless Li's up for it. As much as I like the idea.

Lunch and nerdery, though, I'm totally on board for! :D As well as anything else that comes up.

China's definitely interested in Cain, too, though he was kind of not a priority at the time. If we can get them talking, though, it would be fun I bet. :D

No, good point, I derped. Probably hold off for Cain's nervousness or something.

SURPRISE, RAINE, HE BRINGS FOOD.

Cain could probably bump into China during catch-all or something, assuming she's out in the city at any point. Just have a moment of "... oh huh, it's you"

I'm fine with them having done it, just threading complications? iiiiidk don't mind me maybe I'm just being silly

but people who bring food is good, because goodness knows she oughtn't be allowed to feed herself.

And yeah China wanders the city every so often. Draws attention, but does. They could run into each other, yeah :D

Oh, that's an option too. VERY TRUE. Cain's blood would definitely be interesting to Milyn and Raine both, I'm sure...

Raine let Cain give you delicious lunches and be a general nuisance for a bit so you can have a lunch break instead of working through it. y/y?

... that just reminds me of the old Batman & Robin movie where Ivy walks along the backs of some poor schmucks just falling over themselves for her.

They'd have far too much fun with it, yes. That sounds like a thing we should ask Li to be sure.

...I'm not sure I've ever seen that movie but that sounds like an A++ simile.

He'd just kind of roll his eyes but also be fascinated too because he's. not usually conscious and/or in a controlled environment when people usually do that!!

It's the one where Arnold Schwarzenegger played Mr. Freeze and George Clooney was Batman, and do not watch if you have no sense of humor basically. :D

That says so many things about Cain and I kind of want them to get into that someday. Maaaaybe not right away though.

Yes, work up to the terrible trauma, Raine. It'll be kind of obvious from his attentiveness, though, that this is a new experience.

Because she has people who care and are able to help. :3 Of which Cain is joining.
