How's My Driving | March 2015
HELLO CHELONAUTS! It's been a while since we've had a game-wide HMD post, so here's the first one of our new arc!
How's My Driving?
While each and every character must have an HMD page available, we offer a game-wide HMD once every calendar quarter. This is an opportunity to get together and discuss IC interpretations and portrayals in a respectful, beneficial fashion. In a nutshell, it's a chance to see how we're doing in the grand scheme of things.

This is an opportunity to get together and discuss IC interpretations and portrayals in a respectful, beneficial fashion. In a nutshell, it's a chance to see how we're doing in the grand scheme of things.
There are a few ground rules to cover off before we can start:
- Participation in the quarterly HMD is 100% optional.
- Be respectful, anon or not. It's a lot easier to give and receive crit if all parties are making it a discussion of it rather than an argument.
- IP logging is off and anonymous commenting is on. You can offer crit signed in if you like, but the option's there.
- We ask that each concrit provided consist of one positive and one constructive bit of feedback. Bring up something that you like about that player, and in the same comment provide something that you feel they could work on. This is to help round out the feedback and provide a better experience all around.
To make things easier, here's a handy-dandy code box:

Character Name: Tony Stark
Canon: Iron Man: Armored Adventures
User Name:
Focus: I've been pushing Tony through a lot of character development, so I'm always concerned about making that development feel organic and consistent, and allowing him to change while still maintaining his voice. And I'm never sure I'm pulling off "nineteen year old boy" well. I'm also sometimes worried that his... Tony Starkness isn't really coming through. This is a more minor concern, since he's so different from the standard Tony even in his own canon, and he's changed even more in his time at Tushan, and he's so far out of his usual element here - but still, I don't want to completely lose that particular genius billionaire playboy philanthropist je ne sais quoi.
Private HMD is here if you prefer.

I really REALLY need to fix that. Where can I find the episodes of this to watch? But that said, Tony has been FUN. Super fun. Especially for Sokka, but even I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to throw Genis at Tony and see where it goes. You are a DELIGHT, I must say, and I'm looking forward to more CR with you as the game goes one.

Hi, I live in Australia, and Netflix doesn't come here until the end of the month. But maybe then I will see if they have it available on whatever gimped service they're able to provide then!Yes. Moar. :D

Let's just ignore the atrocious '90s Iron Lad. Thank.I think you're doing well with capturing the "entitled little shit" aspect of him and really playing it up, which is an essential conponent of any Tony Stark. Boy needs to check his privilege, knamean.
In short - don't worry about playing to the standards of any other version of Tony Stark. It's like comparing apples and oranges. You do you.
Also, you appear to be doing well as a dumb teenage boy given my limited experience with same.
