Mission Duration: 7 days, no specific date. Mission Difficulty: ★★★☆☆ Mission Type: Infiltration. Costigan is, if nothing else, a gifted undercover. He's spent so long doing it that he's not even sure he knows how not to anymore and he also already has ties to at least one local gang. Seems about time for him to get arrested again, for the sake of trying to garner more information on local gangs. Projected Plot Impact: Trying to start building a file on which gangs might be related to Malicant or Dust, versus which gangs are just doing the usual gang thing. Also trying to get names of potential key figures or plans/events/rituals. The goal would be for him to be able to pass along this information to create future missions specifically related to gangs/Dust. Proposed Worldbuilding Changes: This could serve as a catalyst for more PCs to go undercover. Hopefully, in the long run, this and similar missions could also severely reduce the prevalence of Dust with key arrests, etc.
