Hello, chelonauts! The CR With Me meme is back and ready for action!

When it comes to our CR meme, we do ask that you be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should team up to moon Eshai' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.'

We're still using the modified form, including the two sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill!

CHARACTER: Hal Jordan + Rory Willams
CANON: That one terrible Green Lantern live action movie + Doctor Who
PERSONALITY:

• HAL: He's pretty much a younger but at the same time vaguely more mature in some ways version of the well-known comic Hal Jordan. Most of his personality is the same, except he is more prone to immaturity and brashness when it comes to the things that make him tick. He's also prone to impulsiveness when the time comes and wears his heart on his sleeve more often than not. BUT get under all that jerkassery and he actually has a heart of gold and has the same unshakeable sense of justice that comic!Hal has likewise. He also doesn't cheat on his girlfriend.
  
• RORY: Somewhat awkward at first because u people are weird, but he warms up quickly and is pretty much the nicest man alive - with a healthly amount of snark and sass when Things Happen. He doesn't like to fight unless needed and will give way to the other party if they push too hard - though that's not to say he's a doormat. When it comes to the things that matter, Rory stands his ground and never falters. He also loves his wife to the death and his love for her is the greatest fact about him. tl;dr Rory is a Disney movie personified.

CURRENT STATUS: For HAL, he's under a long term effect from the ghosted plot and no longer has the ability to feel any physcial sensation. He's still kind of in denial about it, but sooner or later he'll start getting somewhat screwed up because of it. It's easy to be a superhero when pain can't stop you now! 8D

As for RORY, he's just... chilling, more or less. Still taking care of his turtle egg on the days that matter, but otherwise he's just helping out at the clinic and stuff like that. He personally thinks the weather is a tad chilly, but he can deal with it.

CR GOALS: I would just generally like more deep and meaningful CR with them if I can help it. Both of them are just mostly kind of floating around now - which is entirely my fault since I've been dropping the ball due to school and now NaNoWriMo - but if its managable, it would be cool if they both can start getting people they would feel close too. Hal especially, since he's pretty much going around and being Leeroy Jenkins.

SCENE-DOS: Anything and everything! I'm open to anything people want, so just shoot me a comment or a PM!

SCENE-DON'TS: Nothing that comes to mind - although getting negative CR would be pretty bad at this point since the two of them don't have much, but I'm still down with it if it happens.

ADDITIONAL: As said earlier I am pretty busy with school and NaNo, but hopefully that should start to die down as the month ends. I will do my best to make time for RP though, so feel free to ask me for anything!

or something idek. I once had an idea of Hal making his way to the clinic with a knife in him but that would be kind of terrible.

Hal will be vaguely horrified if you called him Papa because HE JUST GOT INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH CAROL BACK HOME. Don't scare him pls, he is not ready.

(Yes this needs to happen. At least Hal won't mistake you as a future child like what he did with Kyle.)

So I need CR with you. Lois ought to meet the not!her!universe's!Hal at some point and marvel at the fail. As for Septimus, well, he has a high opinion of Kyle and did of Soranik, so meeting a more fail-filled GL will be entertaining.

Rory and Septimus definitely need to talk more, though. The medical stuff ought to be an in, but Septimus is a pseudo-Roman who basically died to protect his family. I'm sure Rory can discover some common ground with him.

More people facepalming at movie!Hal is a must. It gives him more reasons to loathe his comic coutnerpart because everyone sees him and not Hal. :'( Nobody expects him to be awesome now and that sucks.

And I agree with Rory and Septimus! They certainly seem like they would be pretty decent friends, and Rory can always use more friends and people he'd get along with. Plus the pseudo-Roman thing will be fun to talk about.

Okay so sometimes I'm horrible about tagging but Hal and Julie would get along so well.

I need to work on tagging more and not let RL ill my tag-brain so much because these two would be hilarious together. She'd find his brashness amusing.
