But seriously, Dick loves talking to Eponine, and is so happy that she's coming to the bar when he's around, because he does want to see her. She's cute as a button, too, so that helps, and he really likes flirting with her. But I imagine that every time Eponine comes to the bar, Dick makes her a different drink each time, to see which ones she likes. He's got a whole list of drinks he can make with all kinds of liquor, and he likes testing them out on someone! And he's a circus brat, so he can tell she's been through shit, but he also knows that she probably doesn't want help with it. Unless she does! In which case he would in a second.
