OH LORD! He thought he'd never find someone quite like Spock ever in the universe. Sure, there's other Vulcans, but they don't jab quite as hard as Spock does, and he totally blames Jim for that.

So here he is, just trying to get along in life, and you show up! With your androidness and your lack of human slang and ugggghh! It is the first year aboard the Enterprise all over again! At least you have the excuse of actually BEING a walking computer. That and you seem pretty helpful, which gives you some brownie points.

Honestly, he'd love to sit in a chair, get some popcorn, and watch the two of you interact. It'd be funny for like a minute, but then once you guys would inevitably start talking science, and then he'd be like WOW THIS GOT BORING REAL FAST and leave.
