Where does Kotetsu even begin? You were this pretty boy douche forced on him that cut straight through his bullshit like no one else could or cared to.

And you are his entire world. I hope you're proud of yourself, Bunny! He cleaned up his act--Hell, he cleaned up his apartment!--just for you and your approval/respect/trust/love, which he needs like burning. He is a co-dependent mess. Whether or not he realizes it, he is pretty obsessed with you. It's practically all he thinks about, especially when he's planning creepily romantic nights between you and him like it's a hot date. And it is! Even if he doesn't seem to realize it yet, or is just living in denial. He does that sometimes. Hell, he's probably too insecure to think someone would love him at forty with a kid and career that is on its last legs.

Maybe he does it all as an unnecessary attempt to try and keep your attention, not that it ever wavers, but, again, insecurities are a bitch.

Basically, it's not a question of if, but when he starts blowing you and then serving you his famous fried rice at his apartment on the weekends.
