break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME

HOW IT WORKS:

1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

Oh man. So many feelings hahaha cry.

Thor is someone Tony simultaneously wanted and didn't want to see brought to Keeliai. He wanted the Avenger there, of course, but he didn't want him to be put through the mess they are in or have the whole clone problem. >_>; And he also anticipated a rocky interaction so he's both happy about and bothered by seeing him there. On the pros side he's always happy to see a friend and Thor is one of the Avengers he implicitly trusts to be strong and get them through tough times, which Malicant is. So that's a point in their favor! But then he's afraid of facing him. Not really in the imminent pounding sense. That's clearly on the table, but it doesn't frighten Tony maybe as much as it should. He's actually more afraid of the potential for disappointing him or having to fight him, because he likes him and the concept of attacking his friend in any way is grossly unappealing. In-fighting between Avengers bothers him on principle. It happens, sometimes because of him, but it still manages to offend his sensibilities and values when it comes to them as a team.

And this is a little less on the forefront, but there is something wrong with bringing gods there. This applies somewhat to Loki, but more so to Thor. And kind of to Steve but on a different level. The fact that Thor and Loki are there now gives Tony a feeling of putting a unicorn in a cage. He's not religious, but this does get close to the line where part of him didn't want to see it as possible. It would have affirmed an idea of limits on the Emperor's power for one, but the little corner of his broken mechanical heart given to romance is sad to see it happen.

So. There are a lot of thoughts. >_>;
