Even though she's just arrived, Wanda's first impression on Kon?

Kon is one of the few people who's actually made a good impression on Wanda. He's a young guy and he seems his age, but at the same time he seems well informed, and open about things. It probably helps that he has no idea who she is (unless you take into account his meeting her in a crossover event) so he wasn't like "OH NO THE SCARLET WITCH!! D<"

But...basically yes, good impression. He's been up front and open, and informative during a time when she wanted to get her feet under her. She appreciates that a great deal.

That he's opened up a smidge about himself and having learned of his future...makes her think that perhaps the experience might have matured him a bit. She has a little sympathy for him on that front since it's clear it didn't go as well as he'd hoped. So...yeah.

She's thinking that maybe it's too soon to tell but this Bruce doesn't seem nearly as skeevy as the one she knows. He doesn't look like a wreck (personal grooming!) and seems a bit more...stable. Still some similar mannerisms but she's cautiously optimistic that Bruce isn't as much of an awful wreck that the one in her universe is.

Granted, she's still a bit wary because he can turn into the Hulk...but so far things are going well.

And...while it's disappointing to find a teammate who doesn't know her, she's slightly optimistic on the front that at least he won't know about her history like others do.

Oh, you know that I want to hear more about Wanda's undying love for Santo.

Santo infuriates her though she held herself back so much. He's young and impulsive and she might not have held it against him except for the fact that he comes across as so rock-solidly stubborn and unreasonable.

She understands that people have cause to be wary of her considering her AU counterpart, however she also thinks they shouldn't be so outright hostile like Santo has been since all she's done is show up and ask for more information.

So suffice to say, Santo's kinda on her shit list which is a really hard thing to do considering how far she's come from the woman she was in the Brotherhood. Without Pietro there she can't be the reasonable twin so Santo's basically brought out the temper in her that she usually keeps under cool and calm control. :|

I am kind of curious on Wanda's first impression of Bucky :|a

Bucky's another of the few people who's made a good impression with Wanda. While he's coming across as somewhat secretive (he hasn't offered his name), he's also been open and informative about his origins in part, and those he may be associates. So...basically she is curious about him. Slightly cautious because he knows of Nick but hasn't been like OH WE'RE BEST BUDS and...again, has been helpful which puts him in her good graces for the moment.

Aaaaaaaah so Bryn really adores Annabeth. She thinks she's smart and capable and fascinating. Intelligent and badass and basically embodies all of these qualities she really admires. And she has this maturity to her that makes Bryn forget she's as young as she is. It could be because Bryn herself is a bit immature for her age in some ways but...yes. So in a lot of ways Bryn counts her not just as a close friend but also as like, an ally of equal awesomeness if that makes any sense?

In other ways, she really dotes on Annabeth as a sort of pseudo-sister. It's like she stepped out of her own family dynamic and so Bryn just sorta wants to wrap her up and count her as family with her own not there. It's not a crazy overpowering smothering feeling, but basically she gets a lot of warm-fuzzies thinking about Annabeth :33

So much adoration for her.

As for Wanda and Peggy...we're only a few tags in but of course Wanda is finding Peggy to be easy to talk to? Helpful helpful helpful dear god, and she appreciates that. She has so much appreciation for people who have just been giving her information like she requested instead of blowing her presence off the handle all crazy like. I am looking forward toward building their CR like whoa :3 It won't be like Sing I'm sure but oh, it will be fabulous I am certain ;3;

Does Vic annoy Wanda like Santo does?

I wouldn't say that he annoys her. It's clear that he's wary of her, clear that he has cause to be, but he hasn't be antagonistic like Santo and so she's very...neutral about Victor?

He was helpful and informative when she asked, he even went so far as to warn her that people may attack her for what 616 Wanda has done. Given the nature of what the other Wanda did, she takes that to mean that his warning is because he knows she isn't responsible, and perhaps shouldn't be held accountable. So, in the spirit of judging people for what they've done, Vic's done better to get on Wanda's side than Santo. He's not someone that strikes her as ally material, but at the very least someone she may be able to get in touch with if she wants more information about the 616 world.

Right back at you: Bryn on Dorian, Wanda's first impression of Richard!

Bryn thinks Dorian is fabulous. He's musically inclined, has a certain joy of life to him and laid-back manner that she finds she really enjoys about him. He's lively and fun to flirt with, but with all with a sort of relaxed ease. She definitely counts him among one of her friends, and she's curious about his relationship with Henry, considering she went so long without even knowing they knew each other, but not intrigued enough to actually pry into it.

All in all though, I think one of the things that she appreciates most about being around him is that she's herself and anything that comes up he simply...takes in stride. He's curious, he has a sense of humor, and it's just awesome to hang out.


As for Wanda about Richard...jfdskal the thread isn't even that long but already, Wanda likes Richard. They seem to see eye to eye on a lot of matters, he's presented a lot of intel to her, no muss, no fuss, and hasn't pried a lot about her which she appreciates. Because, while she knows people are bound to be curious about the new person, she's trying to figure things out herself so...talking about what seems immediately pertinent earns him a lot of points with her.

He's probably the person that's made one of the best impressions on her, so far, enough that should something come up again in game, she's likely to get in touch with him to see what he knows and if something could be coordinated to help. Considering she has only met one person who's an AU of a teammate, it's sorta a huge compliment that she'd get in touch with him the same way that she would with any of the Ultimates. At least, as a trial anyway.

Oh gosh, where to even start?

I think the easiest thing to say off the bat that Bryn simply adores Henry. He's one of the most important people to her on the turtle and she feels so very close to him. Not only is he intelligent and engaging, but he's both from a similar background as her but without some of the stifling conventions that comes with it. It's one of the very first reasons for which she felt at ease around him.

His opinions and openness on a number of matters are very interesting to her. In fact, she's come to value his take on many things which is why often enough she comes to him with a "What do you think about xyz?" It's a little alarming to realize that she holds him in such high esteem that she does in some ways hope that she has his approval. I don't think she is so far gone as to do things to seek it, but it always makes her happen when he compliments her or implies that he thinks she's done something right/thinks about something in a way he also does.

It's a lot alarming, to be honest, and for all Grantaire has said this and that about him, she still thinks he's a very good man and has no inkling at all that he might be trying to subtle shape her mind or affect her actions.

All in all, she cares about him a great deal, feels quite affectionate toward him and yes, there is an attraction there that makes me put my face in my hands before shaking my head. Because no, Bryn. No. Stop please. Sigh. So. Yes.

Bryn sort of idolizes Henry in his own way and seems to fail to notice any of the signs that he may be a very bad, no-good influence on her life /)_(\

He's noticed the effect his approval has on her. :| He uses that the way he uses flattery on Dorian, and enjoys it in exactly the same way.

Oh Gavroche. She's actually finds him rather adorable in his own way. He seems like cheeky sort of street urchin and so he rather...amuses her? But damn he's also been rather helpful as well so she'll probably poke him from time to time to see what information he may have for her. For a few juulan of course.

And while he's just human, she won't underestimate him for being a child, considering she knows well enough how children can be clever and affect things in their own way.
