+1 socially awkward revolutionary dragon

 Hello, everyone! My name is Ireny, I'm new here, and I'll be bringing in Temeraire from the series of the same name!

For those of you unfamiliar with the series, it's probably best described as the Napoleonic Wars WITH DRAGONS. Temeraire in particular is (surprise) a dragon with a fondness for books, shiny things, and JUSTICE FOR EVERYONE. He's been shrunk down to roughly thirty feet so he doesn't knock everything in Keeliai over, so expect him to be poking his nose into things and asking innocently invasive questions about the personal lives of humans because he hasn't been this size in years, oh boy. For those of you who do know the series, he's coming in from near the end of Empire of Ivory, just before he and Laurence find about that Bad Thing that the Admiralty did, so his angst levels will be pretty low!

Aaaa YAY I was always under the impression that it is a relatively obscure series so I am always thrilled when people say they've read even the first book! And yes Temeraire will be on the hunt for frands because ;_; WHERE IS CREW

We have a lot of avid readers here and a lot of book-based characters so I'm not surprised <3 and YES FRANDS fdjdfsk I just shoved Bryn at him because she's kinda the same. MAKE ALL THE FRIENDS??

Sob I may have to go pick up the second book now. How many books in is his canon point?
