I think it pretty much goes without saying that she thinks he's a bit of a jerk who's way too full of himself. But also taking into account that he was brand new to the Turtle, probably dealing with a bit of culture shock, and might not have been at his best. At least, she hopes that wasn't his best, because if it was, his best is incredibly rude.

If they ever met again in the future, she might be willing to give him a second chance. Because she does have this thing about ninjas, you see....
