Is definitely thinking there's more to him than meets the eye, just with what he knows about Terre d'Ange and the way he's been acting and the particular manner of his death. Bruce can and will go out of his way to look out for Alcuin, though, on Favrielle's behalf but Alcuin also hits a lot of his protective teamdad pings all on his own.

He's definitely going to be checking up on him and odds are he'll drop by randomly with, idk, baked goods or something just so he can tell Favrielle he's keeping him well fed because Bruce is turning into Alfred in lieu of having his own.

Frands!!! Reid is actually super excited to hang out with Alcuin and learn his written language and all that jazz. Alcuin is just the sort of intellectual personality that Reid really enjoys talking to/hanging out with and even though Reid is probably the most awkward person when it comes to actually befriending people, Alcuin's probably suave enough to make it work. I want them to be snobby intellectual coffee drinking hipsters together in awkwardly coloured scarves and thick-framed glasses please make this happen in my life.
