Possible Mini-Plot: Movie Night?

A group of us on Plurk somehow managed to brainstorm the idea of doing some sort of slumber party/movie night get-together for all the teens and tweens of the turtle.  Inspired by the notion of wanting to introduce Kara to horror movies, but open to any who want to stop by and join the fun.  Basically, if your character is under the age of 18 (or, in some cases, at least looks/acts like they're under the age of 18), they'll be invited!

I'm thinking they would all gather in one large room--maybe some sort of conference room at a youth center or other building--with a giant screen and projector and a handful of horror movies.  Preferably of the cringe-worthy kind.  The more horrible, the better.  Sleeping bags would be a-plenty, anything remotely healthy would be banned on sight, and general PJ-clad shenanigans would ensue.

That said, I'm open to any and all suggestions.  Movie Titles.  Location.  Ways to get the word out IC.  Once we get something relatively organized, I'll put up a mingle-style log for the included parties to tag into.

Kara would want to go around inviting people she knows, which would certainly include Santo, and word on the street is he's pretty good at this sort of thing.

I think most of the teens know each other by now, so even just word-of-mouth might be enough to pass it around to everyone.

How about the Wood Sector for a location? Horror movies in the dark among a bunch of trees could add to the creepy/scary factor for people IC?

I like that idea.

Since Dick, Zatanna, and Jack are the three remaining occupants of 3-A, and the first two would be the most likely to have suggested it to Kara in the first place, it would also make sense to host it there. Maybe in a lounge or something. Which would give a few couches for people to take turns claiming.

(I should probably go back and look up the layouts of these buildings again to make sure)

I don't see why not. They've got enough powers between the lot of them that getting a few extra shouldn't be much of a hassle.
