Looking for a superhero

Hey guys! It didn't seem appropriate to post this on the CR meme, since it's sort of a specific request, but I do have a CR opportunity for one of Tu Vishan's many, many superheroes, or at least one of whoever's interested.

Basically, CT made the excellent life choice of deciding to strike out across the mainland and not look back, a plan that ran into a tiny snag when she hit the technology barrier and her power armor shut down. Sir Mandorallen found her and managed to help her out of her armor and get back to the turtle, but since the armor itself weighs about half a ton, it in its powered-down state was impossible for either of them to lift.

So she had to leave it behind. Which, since CT more or less lives in her armor, you can imagine she was thrilled about.

She'll be posting an anonymous and very begrudging plea for help to the network in the next few days, but I wanted to post here first to see if there was any interest/line up someone in advance so we don't have either a) no volunteers or b) a bunch that CT would then have to pick from. Existing or new CR is great - it would have to be someone who's pretty powerful and/or resourceful, however, since superpowers decrease with distance from the turtle, as well.

As for CT herself, she's prickly and secretive and Not Happy about this at all, so volunteering should be...well, interesting, at any rate. Whoever does this will be the second person to actually find out that scathing brown armor guy is actually a girl (Mandorallen being the first), so that's...something? (She'll have to trust whoever it is to keep that knowledge to themselves, so a more trustworthy/obviously Good Guy hero or someone who she's already met would probably be a more logical choice for her to make here.)

Bruce would def. help (he's got a line on the 'resourcefulness' thing) but their CR is already pretty strong so I'm cool with letting someone else take the wheel if they're so inclined?

She could seek Miranda out or vice versa given Miri has both the skills and resources to work with that sort of tech. She rebuilt a person; a set of armour would be a cake walk.

She doesn't need anyone to rebuild or fix it or anything, I don't think - I'm assuming that once it gets back nearer/onto the turtle it'll start working again (unless I interpreted that wrong). It's literally just that it's too heavy to lift when it's powered down, so she needs someone with the strength/technology to do that.

SO ANYWAY what I'm getting at is, would Miranda still be interested/would her biotics allow her to lift a half-ton even with the power dampening of the mainland? CT wouldn't seek her out specifically, either, since she has no idea Miranda can do that sort of thing - she'd have to volunteer.
