Yes, it's me again. And anyone who was involved in the politics plot is probably wondering what happened. And for that, I apologize. A lot. I really do want to finish this and get something going with it, but I will use this post to confess that I basically don't know what I'm doing and should probably have asked for help here before it was the middle of November. So...sorry again.

SO a few things it'd be really awesome to get input on:

How does everyone want to do the IC vote and public forum? I don't want to interfere with Landfall at this point, but I'm not sure if backdating would be intrusive to ongoing plots. I'd be okay with handwaving something, too. I'm also not sure how everyone wants the vote to be run, or how many representatives should be elected, so any opinions on that would be great, too.

Again, sorry this is taking so long, I just don't want to jump in and start doing things my way when it's a plot as big as this one.

We could also wait until December? It's going to be a pretty laid-back month, plot-wise, with nothing coming down the Modly Pipes, and if you did it near to the beginning of the month it wouldn't have much overlap with Mari's masquerade?

I'll come back to this later in regards to planning/laying things out!

Yeah, I'd be willing to go with December because I don't want to interrupt landfall stuff.

Do we know who all's going to be on the ballots? Because it might be cute to, idk, hold an 'IC poll' or something (paid DW accounts can do that, right?) where people could have fun or get creative with write-in options, even if we had to do it 'technically' off-comm (aka: put something in your journal and link to it in the main comm?)

I think at this point it's safe to assume that a 'council' would be best, and I'm going to say at least three members? We could also pad it out by saying that a couple of kedan nominated themselves (Lieuen SO would) in case you wanted to run with that so it doesn't seem so much like 'oh all three people who were nominated also... got elected... type scenario?
