Hello everyone, I am Xar and I'm completely new here because someone dragged me here because I needed a place to throw this guy to the wind.

He's Leonardo Watch from everyones favorite Blood Blockade Battlefront/Kekkai Sensen, and he's just a normal 19 year old in a New York that's taken over by monsters and is slightly wierder than normal. Also Klaus Von Reinherz is his boss.

What's special about him is that his eyes can see everything. I mean literally everything. I even have a permissions post for them. It would be a great help if everyone could read what his eyes can do and opt out of it if they want to.
