He already knows exactly what he'll feel in his gloved hand - how the flesh is soft and squishy beneath pressure but not very much. Underneath is a hardness that can only be described as steel that is merely shaped to mimic the way an arm is supposed to be. It doesn't look out of place at all though if one were to look at the place where it connected to his shoulder, they would see a seam - as if it was a scar that went all the way around the limb.
