Hey! Ange here (player of Penny), bringing in a second character.

This is Billy Costigan, from the film The Departed. He's a Bostonian cop who goes undercover with the mafia in Southie and then realizes it's way too stressful and tries desperately to get back to a normal life while also becoming one of Costello's most trusted guys. He's an anxious ball of nerves at all times while also playing it cool (because he's used to hanging out with the shadiest types) and suuuuuuper Bostonian. He's smart but doesn't like to show it and isn't very talkative (so I apologize in advance).

As a note, I'm technically bringing him back (he left in like 2014 or something). He'll be arriving with amnesia but may, over time, regain some or all of his old memories, depending on what happens and who he sees, etc.

HI Ange! This is Seal, player of Pepper and new mod; we had a little overlap on Penny earlier this year, and I'm very glad to have both Penny and Costigan back!

I hear Costigan had his own police-type gig going on when he was here - he's sort of the inspiration for the current one that Pepper helped get started so there is some silly nostalgia here for me.
