Rude. He wouldn't panic that much if you just cut his hand off or something, which sometimes sounds like it happens very often in some worlds. But when it comes to executions, he has... issues.

He's alone in this strange world right now, isn't he? So nothing will happen to anyone if he just dies. And he's already dead, so maybe this place would just bring him back again. So, just a little risk-

No, wait, he's not alone in this world, he's almost forgotten. So it would be rude to leave so abruptly.

(Besides, he likes to live, even if he's already died.)

So Yukikaze tries to judge the distance - can he cut the man down before the man strangles him? Hard to say, with the man's unknown powers. Hm. A retreat may just be in order. Though, on the other hand, such an irritating man - he really wants to insult him now, even if that's childish.

Oh, can he do both? Well, with those unknown powers of the black-suited man, there's a slight risk of dying, but still... what did dying even mean on the turtle?

With a serious expression, he bows. "My apologies, sir. Under this suit, I haven't quite noticed that you're in such a hurry. Please, do have your milk."

It's said, superficially, in rather matter of fact tone, maybe even slightly politely if that's what somebody wants or expects to hear.

And he steps aside, now both hands on his swords in case the impatient guy - which is what he truly called him, and 'impatient' is a huge insult in Yukikaze's mind, because it means a complete lack of control or reason and might as well be an overgrown toddler pretending to be a man - tries something again.

Meanwhile, he's trying his best not to let the second wave of panic overwhelm his mind and feelings. That is, if he's still being choked even slightly.
