Grand Theft Milyn

Right! So... The mods have approved the idea that Fletch can outright lie to the network and tell everyone that Milyn is dead. Now, obviously, this won't be too much of a subversion if everyone knows, so this is a plotting post to decide what does what.

Last I recall, Tony was jetting Raine to the clinic, so I think we should use this as a baseline.

If your character is en route to the Clinic and can get there faster than Iron Man, they'll likely be around when Fletch hatches his scheme. I'm not expecting many people will be faster than Iron Man, but you never know.

The idea is that Fletch will make an angry console post, say they're taking Milyn's body to prevent anything from happening to it, and Tony and/or someone else will relocate the unconscious Cherrywood Healer to House Iron Dragon for safety. Once there, our resident God Gene will block anyone from being able to sense she's there.

I am totally down for hiding Milyn and pretending that she is dead, my only concern is how I would work around Valdis not knowing that Milyn is alive. She would feel super guilty and, not having felt guilt to such an extent before, her reaction is up in the air. If anyone has any ideas, I welcome them, as my brain seems to be a bit fried..

It would make sense for Pepper to get there around the same time Tony does, although she'll be staying outside. But that can largely be handwaved, I guess, since Milyn is going to end up at House Iron Dragon anyway.

That would be great! Umm...but he might have to wait a week? I think that Valdis would disappear to try to deal with the guilt on her own for about a week. An Anton thread might be in order as well since she has never dealt with guilt before. But I would be thrilled if Jackie told her when she returns.

Hilariously I was almost going to suggest this earlier. I'm glad someone else thought of it too.

I'm in support and Raine will help. She's pretty experienced at the 'unable to help someone important' emotions, can probably act the part fair well. :P
