Hello, Turtleville!

My name is Lae and I am new here. I am also bad at intro posts but here we go. :D

I am bringing in Lucifer Morningstar from FOX's TV series Lucifer. The series is based on the DC Vertigo comics of the same name. Important thing to know about this Lucifer is he is a fictionalized version. Neil Gaiman based him on John Milton's version from Paradise Lost, introduced him in Sandman and from there Mike Carey wrote Lucifer's story for Vetigo and from there we now have a TV show.

A lot of the details are in his application found here if you're interested. Warning there are spoilers for the series up through the most recent episode.

I have a Permission Post for him, if everybody could be so kind as to give it a quick glance through I would appreciate it. Lucifer has a habit of being woefully inappropriate, as well as having a deep bag of tricks, so it would help to know everybody's comfort levels. \o/

I also have my HMD set up if you'd like to talk there. :D

Hi. :3 We've already sort-of met, but I'm Pur, Modly 3, and I blame you for bringing this show into my life.

I play Anton Shudder and Solomon Wreath (peacefullywreathed), both from an Irish book series called Skulduggery Pleasant. Anton is a 500+ year old Irish sorcerer who used to be part of a black-ops unit. He's a gist-user, which means his rage and hatred and all his bad thoughts are manifested as a demonic-like creature always lurking in the back of his head and waiting to take over. On the flipside, it makes him very hard to kill, and very good in a fight.

Solomon is a 400 year old Irish necromancer who, thanks to in-game development, is now blind and can see souls--sort of. He can't see any deep dark secrets, because he doesn't know how to read those sorts of things, but he can see deep emotional/soul-related scars. So it's more like looking at someone and seeing that they're human and their appearance is blonde and green-eyed and they have a scar on their chin. Except in soul-talk, where appearance can't lie.

I would love to throw either one of them at Lucifer, because shenanigans.

I will accept that blame! But then I am biased to the show. ;)

I was reading about Skulduggery Pleasant the other day and I definitely hope we can bump these characters together and see what develops! It sounds like there is basis for shenanigans with both of your guys and I am up for all of it!
