Hello everyone in Turtle Land, I'm Shurimon and I will be bringing in Simon Tam from that beloved cult favorite TV series Firefly. He's the older brother of your favorite psychic assassin River, is coming from a canonpoint of after the movie but before the "Leaves on the Wind" sequel comics, and is an incredibly gifted and intelligent trauma surgeon. Simon can come off as cold at first and he grew up wealthy and privileged so he can be a bit of a prissypants too, but he's a loyal friend once his trust is earned, and he is 100% devoted to his profession and to his sister's wellbeing. His application is here if you'd like to know more, and I've got an HMD post for him as well. Simon is my oldest muse (I've been playing him for more than 6 years) and I'm always happy to try him out in new environments.

Hi! I'm Pur, Modly 3, vaguely canonblind but knowing enough about Simon to be excited. :3

I play Solomon Wreath (peacefullywreathed), a blind necromancer who is attached to Raine Sage, and Anton Shudder (this journal), who is the proprietor of the Midnight Hotel and kind of sort of has a demon inside him. He also discovered a few months ago that he has an autoimmune disorder, currently unidentified because the presence of the demon mimics the symptoms and there haven't been any science-based medical personnel around for a while.

Ohhh, all of this sounds like fun. :3 Especially a demon- that'd make Simon wish Shepherd Book (the preacher) had come with him.

Alas, it is not the sort that can be cured by an exorcism (Anton's already tried and it kind of ... killed the monks who were involved). Having a second medical opinion on the condition would be awesome in all fashions, though. :3 They have brainscans, just no one with a scientific medical education to read them.
