Hey, hey! New guy in town, bringing in yet another fabulous member of the DC Universe.

Introducing Thomas Blake, aka Catman!

He's one of the more sane people to be in Batman's Rogues Gallery. Well...as sane as a man who lives with lions in the wild can be, at least. Then later he broke away, went into obscurity, and came back as a true bad-ass in the absolutely fantastic, highly recommended "Secret Six" series.

He'll be housed in the Fire Sector. Nice to be here.

I don't think Thomas knows about Damian, so that should be an interesting meeting if he ever sees him in uniform. He'll wonder just how many birds the Bat keeps in reserve.

Ah, I just checked the final Secret Six. Damian is there amongst all the heroes they gathered to take down the Six. So he was part of it by that point. I guess Thomas just didn't pay him much attention.

Thomas and Bane actually participated in the Battle for the Cowl, helping out a little in Gotham for a night or two. Then Nightwing told them to get lost, because they killed a few guys who were holding kids hostage.

*nodnods* That's what I meant, since Damian was up and about during BftC, but not as Robin until the very end, and I do remember Dick and those two. Made me curious about the Secret Six, but then my comic reading time got significantly... less.

And haha, yup! Secret Six, it was pretty fantastic for what it was. And haha, honestly I think that may be a bit of a dodged bullet, considering how DC seems to be handling a lot of the characters with the reboot. |D

Yeah. He was apparently supposed to show up in Batgirl, but editorial was like, "NO, WE WANT BRAND NEW VILLAINS." Terrible villains who will probably never be seen again, it turns out.
