Alan was even more confused than before... Too busy to help him, yet seems content to stand and watch him bleed out. Not concerned with his personal effects... What does this guy want?
"If you mean to stand and watch me die, sir, I assure you; there are better ways to spend an afternoon." A pause. "And I know of a few friends who specialise in maladies of the mind I can refer you to."
"Are you going to die?" He asked, an eyebrow raised in mock disbelief, "I was under the impression that nothing vital was injured."
He stroked his chin, appearing to be deep in thought, "Well, I suppose that changes things." How sad this human was, fearful, weak... the entire race was somewhat depressing. "Insults aren't exactly the best way to get someone to help you. I may be somewhat obsessed with my hunt, but that doesn't mean I'm an ill person."
And just because he had no sense of morality didn't mean that he didn't have a concept of what humans considered right and wrong.
Alan scowls. He wasn't in the mood to play parley.
"If you were that obsessed, I'm sure you would be on your way by now. I daresay you wouldn't have even stopped if it were not to partake in some morbid fascination."
He growls in pain, managing to push himself to his feet. Yes, nothing vital was injured, but the steady loss of blood Dr. McMichael is sustaining will see him dead sooner rather than later.
"Help, or do not help. But I care not for casual conversation whilst my blood drips to the ground."
"Given that I've just woken up here..." Wherever here is, because it most certainly isn't Allerdale Hall. "I doubt I would be any use regardless of my physical state."
And Alan is watching Fenris, well, more like glaring, waiting for him to leave.
"You underestimate your worth," Fenrir replied, finally turning and walking away. It was unfortunate to have to leave the soul behind, but he wasn't certain how long it would take for the man to die and he truly didn't have time to linger.
