Tony doesn't spend a lot of time in Keeliai's bars, for a couple reasons. One, they're all kedan-owned and there aren't usually a lot of foreigners hanging around to talk with, and, two, the occasional foreigners don't tend to be from his social circle anyway. Also, he's discovered that Extremis makes him pretty much immune to anything except the very focused application of very hard liquor. It seems kind of silly to pay extra for drinks that don't have any more effect on him than fizzy water.
But he does stop by Korra's old place sometimes, just for nostalgia's sake. They still have good bar snacks. He happens to be passing by this evening, and decides that he could go for a little something to eat and a quick drink. He steps inside, glances around the room— and stops dead in the doorway.
