GUYS GUYS I REMEMBERED THE BIMONTHLY MEME IN THE CORRECT MONTH LOOK AT ME GO

hey! it's time for a cr with me meme! Welcome to the spring edition of the CR Meme! Now that we've gotten settled into the new storyline, it's time to start heating things up in the big turtle city. For players who've joined us since our last meme, these ~bimonthly memes are our opportunity to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for your characters. Because of this, we do ask that you be as specific as you can when replying to this meme! 'Our characters should team up to moon Tu Yunxu' is more useful than 'omg tag me.' We have two helpful sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to, and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! We've also got a section for indicating what kinds of CR you're especially looking for, as well as types of threads you're not interested in. ALSO this month, we have a special addition called "4th Wall Plans", in case you want to talk about or be enabled into some ideas you have for the upcoming April 4th wall event. CHARACTER: Zelgadis Graywords
CANON: Slayers
PERSONALITY: Grumpy swordsman who alternates between slowly relaxing enough to give a damn, then having Terrible Things happen to him or people he cares about.

CURRENT STATUS: Zel is gathering general information and keeping connections as a healer, a turn he's taken since even his weak white magic is pretty impressive on Keelai.
CR GOALS: I don't really know. I guess to get Zel some closer friends form his circle of acquaintances. (Also, someone needs to get him to start dating. It would amuse me.)

CHARACTER: Iroh
CANON: Avatar: The Last Airbender
PERSONALITY: Cheerful old man who is a semi-retired badass and fully-retired warmongering crown prince.

CURRENT STATUS: Iroh's talked with Wan about re-opening his old tea shop. He's also going to chat with some of the ambassadors, and maybe some of the faction leaders. Just to get to know them.
CR GOALS: Iroh needs to meet more people outside the Avatar cast. Come let me Uncle at you. Also, older people who might be actual peers.

CHARACTER: Tazendra
CANON: Dragaera
PERSONALITY: Boisterous elf swordswoman/sorceress who is a bit too fight happy.

CURRENT STATUS: Tazendra has no clue why she's still here or what she should be doing. I need to find something for her.
CR GOALS: Meeting with other mages would be interesting, as well as other people to fight with. Also, I find negative CR with Tazendra hilarious, but I have to be careful as she will kill people (though it takes a lot more since she knows it is illegal here).

4TH WALL PLANS: My muselist! I'd also try anyone who is from those canons. (Note I won't play Slayers, Avatar or Dragaera characters because I couldn't find excuses to keep mine away.)

Marla might be an interesting choice for 4th wall?

If I can reread at least one of her books to make sure I have her voice current. (I think I'm a book behind...)

I think Raine might actually legitimately miss Iroh? It might be nice if they could sit down for tea sometime, though for an actual conversation topic beyond 'yes hi' I don't yet have anything.
