1. General personal use electronics can be purchased, although each one is self-contained (ie; doesn't connect to a network).

Most of them contain a small crystalline power core (about the size of a quarter), and this material is a less pure version of the crystal that the domes are constructed of. The natives will explain that in order to be used in dome construction, the crystal must meet a certain purity. They call its pure form "glaz", and "al'glaz" in the variant that is used for power cells.

These power cells are good for about a month of use (or two if used sparingly), at which point they're usually swapped out for a new one. There isn't any (known) way for them to be recharged, although the Bresilykians will admit that because the al'glaz is so abundant in Evidet, they never really looked that hard into developing that angle.

2. Buying children's sized clothes would definitely be the way to go, and any of the local tailors in Khatronma will be happy to adjust the fit for him.
