This time I've got Tonraq from the Legend of Korra. He's the chief of the Southern Water Tribe and the father of Avatar Korra herself! He's a pretty cool guy and a powerful waterbender.

I'm bringing in from after Book 3.

He at least knew of Aang, maybe even saw him. Though I'm kinda doubting they ever met unless it was during his time as prince of the Northern tribe.
