Hello, chelonauts! Time to kickstart some new plots and schemes for our characters leading into our summer season.

When it comes to our CR meme, we do ask that you be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should team up to moon Evandau' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.' We're still using the modified form, including the two sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill!

CHARACTER: Tazendra
CANON: Dragaera
PERSONALITY: Outgoing, enthusiastic, arrogant and a bit fight-happy.

CURRENT STATUS: Tazendra has been worrying the barrier like a dog worries a bone. She's a bit put out that she missed the palace invasion, but she probably would have done something stupid had she gotten inside, like try to blast Malicant with magic.
CR GOALS: She's made some connections with various special power folks, and I'd like her to keep doing so. She also mentioned to Raine that she's been working on protective spells on her own.

SCENE-DOS: Honestly, anyone who can take her ridiculousness. And that includes calling her out. She's also quite happy to challenge people to fights, and usually remembers the local laws about such things. (Still usually smart to have a witness or referee if you let her use her sword, in case she gets carried away.)

SCENE-DON'TS: Tazendra is exceedingly unlikely to do romance plots.

CHARACTER: Iroh
CANON: Avatar: the Last Airbender
PERSONALITY: Seemingly friendly and wise old man. Actually... those things, plus a retired general of a conquering nation.

CURRENT STATUS: Putting the final touches on opening his tea shop. Right now trying to figure out advertisements, since the network is terrible. Expect to see posters in Chinese appearing.
CR GOALS: Iroh is quite willing to serve as your wise old uncle, but I also enjoy playing him with other older people.

SCENE-DOS: Most things. Seriously, Iroh is a nosy old man, so can get involved in things.

SCENE-DON'TS: I try to keep too bad things from happening to Iroh... I save them for other characters. Which isn't to say that I don't want action involvement.

CHARACTER: Zelgadis
CANON: Slayers
PERSONALITY: Not-as-cranky-as-he-was serious sorcerer-swordsman

CURRENT STATUS: Zelgadis works at the hospital and has taken a surprising career change because of his ability to cast healing magic and supplement what he learned from his grandfather. He's also become surprisingly protective of his neighborhood in Earth sector
CR GOALS: Maybe try getting some friends...?

SCENE-DOS: Most things, but Zel is harder to get involved, as he's the least extroverted of my characters.

SCENE-DON'TS: Can't think of anything.

Sure. Especially since Tazendra doesn't see much to apologize for. (Tazendra's moral standards are a bit skewed.)

God, I'm sorry life ate me and I didn't manage to tag Tazendra's testing of the barrier. I can totally backtag that if you want; I'd really, really like them to start getting some interaction. Would Septimus beginning active efforts to get the Foreigners more organized help catch her attention?

As for the others: I am loving loving loving Zelgadis and Septimus. Zelgadis is also about to be given a little gift--a coin and instructions on how to use it, because basically if he finds some water to drop it in he can use it to get Septimus's attention basically wherever, unless Sep's already deeply busy with something. Up to you and him if he wants to use it, but Sep's got enough trust in him for that.

And Iroh... yeah. It would be interesting, I think, with Iroh's military and royal background. He's really nothing like some of the older authorities in Alera, and being a personality which would abandon claim to inheritance of a throne after losing a son would... really affect Septimus even without knowing it. But then, well, young prince and military commander who died in battle. Even if they never discuss it, I expect it would be an interesting confluence, and frankly with Septimus starting to go for organization, a comforting elder presence--especially given that Septimus is one of the adults of game and therefore few to see as more experience than he is--would just... mesh well. And probably be good for him. He could seriously use it, and it would be a dynamic he wouldn't find anywhere else.

So yes I want to hijack you.

I totally encourage all of these, and I'm willing to make posts for Tazendra* and Zel if you want them. Iroh also has an open post.

And it would. Tazendra is getting frustrated with the barrier and is a bit put out that she missed the attack on the Palace. So someone looking for organization would interest her.

* Tazendra remembers that Sep offered firestones in winter, but she forgets things.
