WANTED: one (1) new ring bearer (???)

UH hello, guys. Knightblazer/KB, player of baby!Hal, here with something of a plot!

Soooo back in the last big event with the fog and the bottle stuff happening, basically the two Hal Jordans kind of ended up facing each other and it ended with comics!Hal killing off baby!Hal. Of course, baby!Hal has been brought back after that, but the entire thing kind of messed him up really badly. Enough to make him ragequit the Corps...

...and throw away his ring, in a complete moment of folly. (Not that Hal thinks so.)

SO this is basically a post where I go 'so who wants to have a shiny ring of willpower at their disposal'!! Since Hal more or less rejected the ring now it'll most likely attach itself to the first person who picks it up - and it doesn't even have to be a good guy. It can be a bad guy, or somebody who doesn't really care, or whatever. Short of attacking Hal directly, the ring can pretty much do almost anything else it's able to do in (movie) canon i.e, create anything out of willpower, mostly. The movie doesn't really show a lot of what the ring can do.

tl;dr this post is just to see who wants their character to get the ring! I'm planning to just RNG the individual who's going to pick up the ring and see where things go from there. Depending on the person who picked up the ring, big things may happen, soooo yeah. \o/

Interested people please do post with the character you want to pick up the ring here. For the sake of fairness I'm going to say a limit of one character per player, and if there really isn't enough interest I'll just take to poking around and ask via PM. And that should be about it! Any questions/etc, please don't hesitate to post them here or PM me directly.

I actually thought for half a second how funny it would be if Aya got the ring. Since she doesn't actually have a ring. But then, she doesn't really need it because screw the Guardians she does what she wants anyway.

But actually...if she does find out about him doing this, I can't imagine her not going to see him about it. So I was wondering if you wanted to do something with the two of them talking? Y/N?

As for your question yes it does! But uuuuh in the movie Hal kind of let Hector use the ring for a bit and he could use it, up until he tried to attack Hal with it sooooo yeah. Ring stuff works differently in the movie and there's a lot of stuff they don't explain at all, so I'm mostly going to just handwave. Short of harming Hal, the ring should pretty much work for anyone else who uses it.
