Mission Duration: Four days, including one to travel to the site and back. Mission Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆ (traps, some aggressive fauna, underwater sections) Mission Type: Exploration! The nature of Assassin's Creed is such that characters are often rewarded by travelling to new places and learning new things, and I'd like this mission to hold to the heart of that, especially with the new addition of Raine. The team can discover some ruins and spend a few days studying ancient architecture, looking for old books or relics and examining dead bodies, etc. Projected Plot Impact: If they could figure out what happened to the city to cause it to become a ruin, that'd be fab! I think it would really help to have a solid grounding of what happened in the past battles with Malicant to prepare for the future. So maybe there's evidence of a certain type of weapon, or something that might have revealed one of Malicant's strategies? IE: Maybe there's a bunch of skeletons around a well, suggesting they all died from poison, and so the water supplies in Keeliai can be fortified as a result? Proposed Worldbuilding Changes: Two things! One, the ruin itself. Preferably in the islands of Zeshora, maybe half-submerged so there's some swimming involved in the exploration? And I'd also like to create a species of predator, let's call them 'savrun'. They're about the size of a jungle cat, with feathers and two sets of eyes. They hunt in pairs and have a taste for humans, whoops.
