Greetings, people of earth and/or space! My name is ed and I'm a newbie bringing you Styx, narrator and co-protagonist of the rpg Of Orcs and Men.

Styx is a goblin, an assassin/mage and a total cantankerous old man who is a century too old to be havin' this shit today. His interests include profanity, humorous banter, sarcasm, strategic cowardice, alcohol, occasional perverted jokes and absolutely NOT having real feelings of any kind no sir get out. His home setting is a violent, dirty Dark Ages take on the fantasy genre with orcs (and Styx) as the somewhat dubiously heroic heroes about to have to go to war with basically everyone else on the planet. Good times.

He'll be living in EA-1B. Also, he currently only speaks French and will therefore not be able to read most text messages for a while. :I

Feel free to blame the players of Ixis Naugus and Stiles for my existence. I take responsibility for nothing. NOTHING, I SAID.

Holy crap a Styx! This is the first time I've ever seen anyone from that canon. Haven't finished that game but he was definitely my favorite character in it. I might be just a bit excited for this and hope you won't mind me throwing Hawke at him.

Holy crap someone else actually played this game! :D I always get a kick out of that when playing obscure folks, you've made my night. (If you haven't finished it you might want to avoid his app though, cause among other things boy does it ever spoil his origin story.)

Yeah I might have flailed a tiny bit when I saw this post. I love seeing obscure characters as much as people love playing them. The most obscure I play is Kid from Bastion.

(Avoid it I shall, at least until I get that game finished.)

Speaking of which, other reasons to finish the game include the fact that Styx is getting his own game (Styx: Master of Shadows) later this year! The announcement literally came out like two days after I turned in my app, it was crazy timing. ( o_o)
