Hello, all.

This is Carolyn, player of Namorita (littlecousin) bringing in another blond mutant, Emma Frost of the X-Men. She is a mostly-reformed supervillain who is a telepath and turns into diamond sometimes. She loves kids, especially mutant kids, but adults should probably watch out because she's kind of horrible in that arch femme fatale way you'd expect from a comics character named "Emma Frost" and will eventually manage to imply she thinks she's better than they are. She is, however, weak against Boy Scout types and will generally end up doing the right thing even if insulting everyone in the room in the process and maybe implanting a telepathic suggestion in the bad guy that he will now vomit uncontrollably every time he hears the words "reluctant" or "geography."

This is why I say mostly reformed.

I have a telepathy permissions post for her here. I'm always going to ask directly before having Emma outright influence/control someone telepathically, but getting permissions in advance for mind-reading and telepathic conversations is a real time-saver.

For canonmates: she's from just after Secret Invasion. The X-Men have just relocated to San Francisco, Schism is but a distant horrible nightmare, SHIELD's not quite in Osborn's hands yet, and the Cabal has correspondingly not yet formed.

tl;dr Emma is my favorite and I am excited! My plurk is greenanddying, and it's the best way to get in touch with me.

Wow I thought I recognized your username for Emma! We played together in Singularity a while back (like almost two years ago, wow), I'm Zorn and I played Orphaner Dualscar for a wee bit in Sing ahahah. Small world. Anyways, I hope to get CR with Emma, because she's super fab!

I was sad too cuz Emma and him were great 8(! It was a bad time IRL though, so I had to drop my weaker muse. So I was reasonably disappointed I couldn't do more with him and her.

She's just too good for happy icons!

Hey, as you probably guessed from the tag I just threw at you, I've got Layla Miller here, the one who names your future daughter. Time travel, am I right?

Meanwhile, I also have Eponine from Les Mis (novel-canon) and Elizabeth from BioShock: Infinite. Both ladies I'm sure would have some lovely conversations with Emma, so we'll have to make that happen.

She also doesn't want the AvX future so she's kind of screwed on the timeline front, unfortunately.

Nice to meet you, Shea! Emma's pretty social, so setting up threads shouldn't be a problem. I really like it when she gets CR with other women, because canon is really bad about that.

OH GOOD. Yeah, most of my ladies tend to chill with men more often, so I LOVE CR with other women, too. One of the reasons I love Layla and Monet's friendship here so much-- if you can call it that. But yeah, Eponine historically is not good with other women, and Elizabeth actually gets along well with them, she's just bad at people.

IDEK about specific ideas or anything, but something will come to us I guarantee it.
