Fair enough.

Does Bart have a designated place he skateboards at? 'Cause if not, I might just say Barry somehow heard from Kyle that Bart likes skateboarding and subsequently bought a small patch of land and built a skateboard ramp/park/thing on it. Or something. He usually just defaults to making everyone dumb rings but Bart already has one so his plans are foiled this time around.

No, he doesn't. I think he might ride it around the city a little if he has to get somewhere in a semi normal fashion. He would've used it more during the depowerings. But after annoyed looks from the kedan or something, he probably keeps tricks to a minimum. There'd be lots of "you didn't have to do all this", but Bart would really appreciate it.

Barry, none of the non speedsters use their rings. They're all in the flash museum, except Ollie's cause he stole it. I think Bart has two actually - the one from Wally and the one from Barry.

Also, Barry is free to catch him dropping the stuff off.
