Alcuin celebrates the Longest Night, celebrates the turning point of the year and which usually involves a masque (I think Favrielle held one last year but I am not good at organizing things like that so). Anyway, it's not really a gift-giving holiday, but Alcuin probably made gift baskets for his friends with things like cheese and sweets and wine or brandy.

... Bucky will find somebody who can draw who was at the Masque last year and will give Alcuin a drawing/painting of the Winter Queen and Sun Prince.

He will also probably invite a few friends over to stay up all night and have a nice time and ring in the returning sun, I think. Bucky can come!
