I'm thinking Hellboy may need a run-in with Evandau. He's not so good at staying in one place or listening to authority (especially authority from another world), and will probably ignore the curfew/police warnings. He'll probably just swat them off him if they try to arrest him because he's not a gang member, okay 8| So he won't exactly be hiding.
