Ep is curious about this guy and how he knew her brother. She's actually really pleased that he, not knowing Eps at all, went out of his way to make sure she was alright. That's not something that people do at all, where she's from. So Jack gets an A+ for that. Still not 100% sure if she can see him, but given that Gavroche could, and the idea of 'Jack Frost' existed in the 1800s, so unless you can give me a good reason not to, I'm gonna go with yes she can. But he seems like a very sweet, caring man, and they have sibling issues, I think they should hang out.
