break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME

HOW IT WORKS:

1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

Dick and Damian. Hm. He really likes the kid that Damian is becoming! Literally a kid. Everybody says it, but it's true, Damian has not had the chance to be a kid, so now he gets to, and Dick thinks that it's a good thing. Not fully a kid, of course, but participate in things that maybe he wouldn't do back home? And he has some friends. Actual friends, and they don't just tolerate him. Dick is really proud of him, and I don't know if this makes sense, I can try to explain it better, but Dick can see Damian becoming Robin, not just someone who comes in and in some cray birthright deal becomes Robin, but that Damian can now fulfill what Robin is.

Really simple for Billy and Cassie, because he's not from further ahead. He is so happy to see her here. The Young Avengers are a family, and Billy has been away from his family for awhile now. So both Cassie and Teddy showing up? This is like birthday and Chanukah all wrapped up in one! He's also so emotional about her getting to be with her dad, here. He's that guy who tears up in happiness, so yeah. He's so happy she's here. Buuuut also suspicious, a little bit. There is the whole future deal, which is always in the back of his mind.

Awwww big brother! Damian's still got a lot to figure out, re being a kid, and re being a Robin, but at least he's getting to internalize a part of things. Like actually considering helping people as the thing to do, and even wanting to make people better (at least a few special people), though he generally has reached the conclusion that he's only good at hurting them, when it comes to close interactions. But he's getting there.
And he still lacks the brightness of a Robin. He thinks. But y'all are working on it.

Sob sob. Ugh, like I rambled at Teddy, Cassie will give them a bit of time to just. Be couply, and her to spend with her dad, but then she'll probably get them to all hang out together. And see what they all know, what they can do. Because when did any of them do well at staying away from heroing?

Like I said before, Dick understands that bit, and he's going to help when he'll let hm help. And help him when he won't, too. But he's got his back no matter what, little Robin. They should go on patrol as Robin and Nightwing at some point. Dick has really fond memories of him and Tim, hell, even of Jason and him, working together in some way. Plus remember Nite-Wing? He can do it! And maybe, since he doesn't need to be dark Batman, he can get Robin to be brighter Robin <3
